Can you provide any more specs on the cam? I was hoping to see that 100hp / Liter magic mark. Im not sure if e85 is available in your area but I suspect youd see a decent gain given what you have done. As a fellow ‘21 Mach 1 owner I love that you are pioneering the way for major mods
These are the Mutha Thumpr Stage 2 Cams by Comp Cams. These cams allow great street drivability whilst making the intended power on 99ron fuel. We don't have e85 here in the UK, but if we did, we'd hope to see a little more power. Thank you for the feedback! 😎
these guys fixed my camaro too , great team , i got the comp cam and the torque is way higher but the low end you loose power so its a shift up the rev range , one way to get boost initially = Supercharger - I will be getting a whipple on it via them very soon
Can you adjust the tach on the display to show the new redline?... And how comfortable is that engine revving up to 8000?... But overall that is an amazing result!!
Coyotes are pretty comfortable revving to mid/high 7000s in stock form. With oil pump gear and crank gears, they'll take 8,000 without a problem all day.
It’s not the “8000” rev that breaks the crank and oil pump gears, it’s the constant bouncing off the rev limiter that will do the damage. Coyotes have been going 8200+ for years without “crank gears and sprockets”
The old 70s Mach 1 was just that but the new S550 is just a GT350 parts bin car jacked up 10 to 15k above retail. I paid roughly 20 grand cheaper on my s550 GT anniversary and honestly I couldn't have been happier once I go FBO and turbo it will be extremely fun .
@@calvinbays9610 I think it has even done better than the Porsche or GT350 itself I don't remember but its impressive just not worth the 20 to 30 k mark up to me maybe to other yes , il wait till they go down a bit like the bullets did .Once the new s650 is out you'll have the heard trading in like they did back in 2014/15 there old s197s and Shelbys to get the shiny new s550s.
That sounds not so complicated, if i ordrer a pair of Headers (and a few other nice things from your shop) do i get instructions to do it in my workshop also?
Fun fact: cams on a gen 3 coyote is a waste of money. They're worth maybe 20HP by themselves. Not worth 2K+. That is money that could be going towards boost.
Great video and sound. I can't wait to do the mods to my car. I didn't think you'd get more hp out of long tubes than cams and JLT intake. Most tests I've seen are about 15-30 hp for headers. Maybe the numbers were without a tune. Or I missed something.

@@bradwoods371absolutely. Cams have nothing to do with that. Injector size, and a tune are factors with running E85 vs 93

Mach 1 is a more track focused Mustang, sharing many of the components from the GT350 😎
