Thank you for taking the time to make this video for us. May I make a suggestion for some: If you want a thicker pot holder try holding two strands of yarn together. It will make it sturdier for those very hot pots and pans. I made one as suggested here in the video and it is very thin, so I am going to use that as a dishcloth and then make a thicker one for the pot holder. And for those of you who do not know how to do a triple crochet, you need to wrap your yarn around the hook twice at the beginning. Thanks again.
The first one I made seemed kind of small in diameter even though I used recommended hooks and my tension is very close to yours...I added an extra outer row, continuing the increase pattern and I guess I just like a larger potholder....I do think I will make another side for a thicker & more "hand saving" potholder,as I mostly use cast iron pans...The second one is going to my chicken crazy sister in law and it is a breeze this time! Lovely! Thanks so much!Almost too cute to even use!
hi thank u for sharing Pattern..my turned out to be well..it was my first attempt to make one..ur video is clear and very well explained..keep sharing ..😀🐔
Where can I find the proper yarn for this? Any brands you can suggest? Trying to find something tweeded White/Black and Black/White in a natural fiber... I'm suck.
yeah but your work looks so nice id like mine to be the same seeing as im making this for other ppl it should look presentable i normally make amigurumi dolls which are a piece of cake but his has thrown me for a loop

So cute! I can’t wait to make a few!
Hi. Your pinterest site shows a black and white chicken. Where did you get that yarn? Thank you!
Love this thank you
Thank you it's very useful
Where can I find the proper yarn for this? Any brands you can suggest? Trying to find something tweeded White/Black and Black/White in a natural fiber... I'm suck.
I suggest cotton or medium worsted yarn. Impeccable is good or red heart or peaches and cream cotton yarn
Cute, Thank you!
Thanks!
Could you make two of these and attach them to make a thicker potholder ? Would i just use single crochet to attach them ?
Yes that should work
Thank you!!😍
How did you sew in the ends on the eye?
yarn needle and weave in your ends. Cut it short and you can glue it down too. If you make two and sew them together then you won't see it.
thanks
lindo parabéns!
how do youu keep your work from flipping. my work flips all around and is loose and janky looking. yours is tight and clean
hmm, practice I supposed, I crochet really tight, probably too tight
yeah but your work looks so nice id like mine to be the same seeing as im making this for other ppl it should look presentable i normally make amigurumi dolls which are a piece of cake but his has thrown me for a loop
I thought mine was floppy too, its the pattern, are you using cotton yarn or acrylic? cotton will make it more loose, Id try acrylic.
well yeah but im told acrylic will melt
try going down a hook size to make it tighter, thats only other thing I can think of.
Can this be made thicker
make two and sew them together or use thicker yarn
Que número de agujas usa, por favor?
