Guildex 2019 saw a diverse range of beautiful layouts in attendance, with some fantastic modelling on show. Here are a few highlights from the show. Авто/Мото
Some wonderful stuff here!
Always got first class service from Hattons when I had a railway
That was truly amazing, what I call a proper job. I was watching the video and I was waiting and waiting, but when it did eventually arrive it was all worthwhile. Again fabulous!!!!!!
Really awesome video, very nice collection of layouts, locomotives and rolling stock
Thanks for sharing
👍👍👍😎😎😎
Thank you guys good video Andrew
As a gauge 1 modeller I am very envious of what’s on offer for the 0 gauge market.
Great film though!
I'm HO, but it is neat to see what is going on in O scale. A lot of things can be used on my railroad, and if you don't get at least one idea for your railroad, you aren't looking hard enough. Excellent video. ♡ T.E.N.
Thanks for the comment Tracy!
Terrific. I too liked the music. Can you tell us what it is?
be kind and have fun many thanks for vid
No problem. Glad you enjoyed the video!
Looks a great show. Pity (based on the long shots) that attendance numbers were very low.
No production photos or prototypes for the heljan o gauge BR diesel loco class 56 heard there?
Hi, there wasn't any updates shown for the Class 56 I'm afraid but Heljan did provide many updates for their other forthcoming diesels. You can see full details here: ruclips.net/video/8DnR32WNzfQ/видео.html
What's the music at 0:42?
Just starting out in O gauge !
I been on it for over ten years now after changing up. When I build wagons I buy a Peco wagon chassis kit and build stuff on top . I reckon I might have an very old video of a hybar wagon build here. For you . I've also used tin for mineral wagons and at about 7 quid I think, you can't go wrong with these chassis kits. I've even built a 4 wheel coach from balsa so it don't have to be expensive. Are you uploading progress on your layout or builds ? If so I'd love to know how you use get on . Cheers Chris.
@@chuffatrainman Hi chris. Me and my dad are feeling slightly overwhelmed by starting up in O gauge after being in OO for years. I have just purchased a basic O gauge controller from Gaugemaster. All i want for now is just get some power to the track. Have u got any tips and advice on how to power o gauge track.

@@steamonscreen7848 Oh yes loads and loads . See my latest video on wiring pointwork . It's very handy and essential for correct and problem free running . In the meantime if you wanna get summat running for fun just stick some tracks onto a point or two temporarily and make sure the feed wire is at the heel of the point . Than you can wire up your points ready for permanent fixing to the baseboard oh and don't forget to mount it on foam like I did in my video. Cheers and enjoy the video.
Great video! Shame there wasn't much LNER stuff around though. Loved the background music by the way :)
Thank you! Glad you liked the video.
We did have much to show on our upcoming A3s and A4s at the show however, you can see more on those in our other video: ruclips.net/video/8DnR32WNzfQ/видео.html
@@HattonsModelRailways thank you, watching that now :)
I don't think I've ever seen a modern image O gauge layout before. It looks great! :-)
They certainly are quite rare!
6:43 that guards van looks so Australian
After I saw a O gauge A3 cost 750 pounds,I think I'll stick with OO gauge
O gauge is actually cheaper than OO gauge but don't tell anyone.
Then save up
@@bbigbird2298 and have a single A3? If it was easy I'm sure he'd save up, O gauge is not worth it
Hello
Hi there!
Family
They could have shown some pristine steam engines, don't you think? It's time they left wartime layouts behind for good. No-one wants to see those again and neither do I. In my model 00 gauge collection, you won't see any weathered models whatsoever. Weathered models belong in the past and oblivion forever more. We should be looking at today's preserved steam engines and rolling stock. Nothing else.
Kelly Ashford if that's what you want to model then model that, over people might like a grimy rusty weathered narrow gauge world war era train others might not it doesn't matter as long as the they are happy
