VA Benefits Letter, for proof of income for Colombian Pension visa...using the VA letter generator it isn't a sign copy. It used to be signed. Now it just says sincerely, Regional Office Director. It has no other information. It has my address on the top of the letter. Can I get that apostilled by the dept of the state (Florida, where I live)? Do I need to request a special Wet ink version to be apostilled? My records are in Boston , so if they physically sign with wet ink, it will be from Boston regional office, not st Petersburg, FL(Florida Regional office). Hello, How do I get award letters from Social Security and the VA which contains the seal of the agency, the official's signature and the printed name and title of the official who signed the document please? These things are required for the State Department to apostille the documents. The download award letters from the VA and Social Security do not have the above.
We have to apostille those at the state level since they are not officially signed by a federal employee. We create a notarized affidavit and attach it to a copy of the letter. From that point, we send to the state government for an apostille.

I have only 15 days here in Morocco. Can I get an apostille electronically only? I cannot go to America and come back again. Please answer.
You should call the secretary of state of Mi to see if they have any special services for your situation. When I send to Lansing, it takes at least three weeks, and we have to have the originals. Not sure if a notary can help, although you may have to have your documents notarized. Aside from that, most of your documents will need to be apostilled (authenticated and legalized) by the state.
