The music is the worst, but the content of this video was actually quite helpful for me, as my country just joined the Apostille convention and i work in an industry that involves instructing people as to which level of authentication they need. I was struggling not really knowing what i was talking about, so thank you for breaking it down.
Thank you for a great question. It depends on the type of document you have, as some documents do not need, or are not allowed, to be notarized prior to applying for the apostille.

Is it necessary to have both apostille and notarized document ?
