Please don’t waste your money at the post office!! They’re not experts at finger printing, I’m speaking from experience, half of the time prints are rejected, because the one taking your fingerprint is the cleaning lady in the back, am not kidding. Instead go to a biometric finger print place, they’ll charge you the same and it’s probably better.

What a scam. You dont need to order any certified copies. Just send the original using Form DS-4194. The fee is $20!

I was an F1 student in the USA and live in Australia now, and I need to apply for my FBI clearance.
