I love Simon's sense of humour. I imagine it's a joy to work with him - very down to earth character. Lots of banter and laughter.
Incredibly underrated comedic actor
Agreed!
Agreed. It was fun seeing him turn up in the Back To Earth episode of Red Dwarf, he fit in well with the rest of the cast.
I did the SFX for that tramcrash! It was a live episode, and my introduction to SFX. A great gig, and got to meet all the cast and crew. I've done quite a few episodes of Corrie now, and it's always a great laugh.
What a lovely man. I’ve not followed Corrie for many years but do remember the McDonald Twins Joining the cast. Simon seems to down to earth and natural. Thank you for the video.
5:19 yeah the huge water tank place was the offshore survival centre at Fleetwood nautical College.. It’s a really really good Centre when they run the open days, go and have a look at it.
They can simulate storms oil rig fires helicopter crashes everything and they’ve got a really deep tank and wave pool
I love Simon he is a down to earth guy I watched him on HELP MY HOUSE IS HAUNTED with IAN LAWMAN JANE AND BARRIE a loving family guy I’ve watched him for years and years he as done 34 yrs on the street👍👍👍❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Missed you Simon when you were away.love your humour 🇨🇦
Simon Gregson has a brilliant laugh 😂
How on earth could such an effects laden episode be 'live'???
Only he would laugh at tram crash 😂
9:48 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Miss the days when Corrie was funny. Simon could add loads of humour - he should write the scripts.
11:20 I once had the thought when Neighbours got cancelled how cool would it be if Paul Robinson moved to London and bought the Queen Vic
They need more soap crossover specials
Agreed!
Has there ever been a crossover…..I’m trying to think ? Something is telling me that there has been …🤔🤔
@@jasonjonston948 There was a charity one of EastEnders and Corrie
I would love to be Simon’s mate seems like a great fella 😊
Tom Cruise my arse.... 😂😂😂
Legend
❤
Simon is so funny
Weird choice for Emmerdale, the plane crash was WAY more iconic.
My Dad use to work at Risley Prison in Warrington,at the time Deidre was wrongly sent to prison, there was a film company filming at the Prison a member or two of the general public noticed this and put 2 + 2 together the day after Deirdre was sentenced there was a group of around thirty people, banners in tow, demonstrating outside the prison gates Free Deidre rasheed, ill never forget that morning,i use to work on Taylors industrial estate at the side and my dad use to drop me off at the prison and id walk the few hundred yards to work.
I honestly think hollyoaks are going to do the Dallas “it’s was all a dream” if there 1 year time jump doesn’t work out
Did Simon ever do Top Gear?
I'm sure someone has done a video about the soap multiverse idea
It’s a terrible shame that actors like Simon and Jack P. Shepherd who have held this series together for so long are being let down by really poor writing and acting now. They should try and bring older characters back to revive it.
No Den watts return in 2003
Honestly, I think the soaps would be better if the characters all moved between shows.
Imagine Steve going to emmerdale, killing someone, or having an affair. Then, returning home to corrie as if nothing happened, etc
Imagine Cain Dingle meeting Grant Mitchell in the Woolpack. Only Hollyoaks had a Brookside character appear but that doesn't count.
