I have a kodiak identical to the one in the video 2002 iirc. Do you know where I would be able to get the housing that the speedo cable goes into in the UK?? It has a crack and developed a leak
@@outdoorgorilla1493 Ok thanks. I normally paint the wheels and racks on the quads I get but it’s a right pain in the arse getting the old paint off and making the surface nice and smooth. So I’ll probably look at powder coating route, should get a nicer and tougher finish.
@@matthewlewis7696 it's just finding a decent place that's all. Often if the bike is a cheap one I just have them sandblasted and paint myself as sandblasting I get done dirt cheap on a farm that has a blaster. It's the coating that's expensive. Years ago I used to use a wire wheel on a grinder but it took literally hours and it's proper bad for you to breathe in all that crap. Masks don't do much unless it's a full respirator.
Hi, If you type in the channel name on Facebook there's a buisness page, if you don't have Facebook I can comment my number but don't like making number public really. thanks
Last year i got a big bear 400 and i went to change the wheel bearing and the outer ring of one of them was fusion welded to the hub or whatever im 13 im not smart okay 😂
Good afternoon, thank you for the video, Take Care and stay safe 👍😎🇬🇧.
Not sure if you are in UK or Australia but hearing another English speaker saying "ain't" was great to hear watching from the U.S.
So is it fixed? I'd like torque specs for the front axle nut. Also putting the tire back on to take off the axle nut might help.

I have a kodiac 400 with no spark any ideas

Hi, how much does it cost you to get the wheels and racks powder coated?
About £30/ wheel and £120 for racks

I’ll have to have a look to see what’s available in my area. I’ll take that in account. Cheers
