Do you grind away a large amount of the upper jaw bone as I hear is typical with all on 4 or do you set the implants for a complete upper without removing the bone?

i can have the fixtures made. If you could save my life and give me the implants I have been waiting my whole life to find a way to afford it would change my life completely . My teeth are so completely horrifying . Im 45 and I never go into public my face is in constant pain and I can no longer eat food normally . What can I do ? What would it take? I need a fix on six seating . I am in horrible pain and my life sucks because my teeth are a huge problem . I have a 3d scan i got when I had surgery on my sinus within the past 2 years ago?
Get a new CBCT scan, (needs to be less than a year old) and mail it to our office on a thumb drive or disk. Put your name and phone number on it and we will evaluate if you are a candidate!

Dr Hurst are you possibly doing any zygomatic implants? Please say yes. If not do you know of any place that needs patients to practice zygomatic implants on for people who have been missing teeth for a long time. Or do you get patients that have missing teeth for many years? can all on 4 still work for them if they still have all their front teeth on top and bottom just missing back teeth? Sorry for so many questions. By the way even if i do not qualify for your program I still believe you are an angel sent from GOD providing the most precious gift in life. It is like breathing life in them for the first time once again. Even though I have not got my ct scan yet because my teeth have been this way for so long that I am terrified to let anyone see them. I literally have dreams about your school repairing my smile so I can be the best person I use to be. Working for a major televison station again or back to the school district. Please let me know.
