Yep. I think if Valve were to patch out the Spycrab it would go over about as well as Bethesda removing the basket-on-head glitch or the Skyrim space program glitch from TESV, where everyone would beg Valve to put it back

Inverse kinematics are frequently used for walking animations as well, because making the feet hit the ground without passing through it is quite difficult when controlling from the hip.

I gotta love TF2 for how many mysterious bugs it has, they don't impact gameplay much but are pretty darn strange. From random hats appearing out of people or map's origin to other classes having Pyro's Hot Hand arm animation for some reason. Most of my screenshots are either funny things or these random oddities that you can see every now and then.

After how many bugs this guy got and got a fix for it I still can't believe he isn't working with the janitor and the potted plant at valve Like sure this is a relatively simple one but he got a fix for so many bugs in other vids it's insane
speaking of broken limbs, don't forget that they straight up forgot to give medic's right arm an elbow joint on his ragdoll, scout and soldier are the only ones with necks, and sniper's ragdoll has knee joints that bend 90+ degrees to the right rather than back. for some reason soldier is almost always guaranteed to do the family guy "arm behind back" death pose, otherwise his elbow is severely twisted.
Personally if the demo, and engie robot were "fixed", i'd be pissed. The engie robot looks like a gunslinger when he does that, and demo's are is just too funny
Another animation that's broken is the Robo-Demoman's run cycle while the Stickybomb Launcher is equipped. While running with a Sticky Launcher held in hand, the entire RoboDemo's upper-body twists and contorts 180 degrees, facing behind him as he runs.
honestly make the robo engi's animation a feature. it looks almost perfectly postioned to be carrying a toolbox in that hand while he runs to his destination
On “Trade Plaza Gamers UN”, there’s an unreachable control point, so both terms always lose at the end of every “round”. There’s also a pool in the middle of the map. So whenever the round would end, somebody would always shout “POOL TIME!” and everyone would make a mad dash for the pool.
To be honest the robot Engineer animation looks just fine to me. The IK makes the animation feel that much more robotic and unnatural, which helps sell the fact that it's a robot knockoff.
I seriously thought that the glitch with sniper where he reloads and switches to kukri was intentional, him rolling up his sleeve while he had his kukri out.
I think this comes more specifically from the constraint between the medics hand and gun not being removed during the loss animation, his hand tries its best to snap to where the medigun’s handle is but it can’t reach it. So it stretches to max length and the hand is angled at the angle it needs to grab the handle.
Hai shounic. There is something else I would love for you to investigate. When using the engineers eureka, if you pick up metal from a dispenser you'll pick up an unexpected amount.
