Hm, good question. Never thought about that. It's a bit difficult to answer without deeper thinking. I think Heavy would make a good Hulk. He isn't necessarily bad and is pretty destructive. I think it fits him. And okay, hear me out, Scout as Robin and perhaps Sniper or Spy as Batman. And please, don't ask me which version of Robin Scout would be, as I would need to think about it a bit deeper. Or, if not Robin, Scout would be Michaelangelo from Ninja Turtles. And of course, Soldier as Doomguy.
Yeah those are some good kids, but I was more thinking about Spawn or Scorpion as Spy, Deadpool as Scout, maybe Kratos as Heavy, and probably Ghost Rider as Sniper, & Hellboy as Demoman, even Punisher as Engineer & Darkness as Medic.@@x_Seeker_x

Kratos got a kid, Heavy don't. The intelligence level is also very different. As much as Kratos thinks about his actions and knows what he's doing, having a plan, Heavy doesn't seem to do the same. Heavy either does what others tell him to do or he does everything unpredictably. Also, Kratos has character progression, slowly getting better, meanwhile Heavy does not have such arc. He was nice since beginning, just put in the wrong place and situation.
Well actually heavy is pretty smart, people only thought he was but he's actually a really clever guy. Why you see if you just compare his personality it's kind of like Kratos they both are characters they have empathy for others, and they use huge weapons. And they both are in the wilderness, but I respect your opinion. @@x_Seeker_x

Yes, they do have empathy and are not just cruel beings, but if you would put Kratos and Heavy in one room.. I doubt that they would get along. And also, Kratos is full of rage - meanwhile Heavy is more likely full of craziness and will to destroy others, which is not really rage. I respect your opinion too of course! I just don't see him as a good role as a Kratos.
