Sick, i can honestly say my forearms are pretty neat. Specially lately that started working out just a bit more. I work construction so i guess that helps too 😅 Depending on the job i constantly have to push and pull a 850 lbs machine. Less to say i glance over at them here and there 😅
Simple and to the point. Definitely like. Yes, Pullups and Dead-hangs from the Bar strengthened greatly my forearms, making the one-armed pushups easier as the wrist pain has disappeared.
i got pretty shredded forearms despite having not done any forearm workouts. i happen to get it just from doing pull, mostly pull ups daily which i noticed work my forearms the most especially when i tilt my hand forward
Yes that's right in any forearm workout it's the weighted pull ups that most recruit the forearm flexor&brachiodialis and weighted chin ups to explode the biceps and forearms too.
NICE I do all these variations. I have hexagon dumbbells so I'll grip them on the ends like plate pinches. instead of a barbell role I do it with a dumbbell, I'll put small shop rags around the dumbbells to make the grip thicker and do isometric reverse curls and I'll also use water bottles and squeeze them as hard as I can.
Summary of what I like Anterior - wrist curls ( while sitting on the bench forearms on the knees facing the wall ) -Inward curls ( standing while holding dumbbells facing loev handles )
Posterior - back curls / behind the back facing wall - hammer curls - extended wrist curls
I know this is really late (almost a year), but those grip trainer toys/gadgets believe it or not actually work very well and they did for my wrists I got veinier wrists and I like it, but buy the one you can reverse grip too for your forearms
thank you for this. i genuinely did not know how to workout my forearms and have been wanting to know how. they’re very weak compared to my other muscles
