Zottman curl will also hit the brachialis and help widen out your bicep. Great addition to the end of an arm day for sure.
And if done right also build the the peak on the long head

@@GenDrake3 many people's (including me) forearms do not respond without direct forearm work. You're a lucky guy if you can build your forearms without doing any forearm exercises just by gripping the bar on other workouts

Honestly, just doing wrist curls and reverse wrist curls with maybe farmer's walk exercise is enough to work forearms to finish an arms day. You shouldn't need to organize an entire regimen around them because they're a small muscle that get worked from other exercises, much like shoulders (although shoulders have 3 heads, so you should try to work the least used with an exercise or two at the end of a chest/back day).
I simply like this guy because he doesn’t show an exercise without doing it. And by this I mean that he is always pushing himself on the demo video, he never ha a straight face and I like that 🙌

You want big firearms? Get a 6" section of 4x4, a 2 1/2 wood screw, and a Phillips head.
Drive the screw in with your right then remove it with your left. Move then repeat alternating the drive hand

I'm not gonna lie bro you forearm size versus upper arm size seems pretty normal, like someone who doesn't train forearms more than regular. By not using straps for many years, my forearms have grown to about the same proportion.🤷♂️as long as the arent super small anyways I dont worry about them lol more worried about small calves
I saw a old timer professional bodybuilder, never did any forearm specific, grip specific exercise. Still had bigger forearms than the size of this guy's upper arm 😂 it has a lot to do with genetics also. You generally don't need to do grip specific work unless you're lacking ofcourse.

Forearms were something I didn't hit for a while, focusing on the main muscles. Now they're part of my routine. And it's not even about the look, it's important to have strong forearms.
You get strong and big forearms from just bench, deadlift, rows and pull-ups. Absolutely no reason to train them.

In my opinion, you shouldn't do forearm exercises unless your forearms are NOTICABLY smaller than your arm
Most of the exercises you do during your workout already trains the forearm muscles, especially with biceps and triceps workout
And a little bit of syringis
