Tim is a national treasure. I hate that we all get old and fall victim to various illnesses but I'm so grateful to have lived throughout and witnessed Tim's amazing career. You are still the greatest, Tim. You always will be.
As an old person who is also a big fan of his, l want to say this... No matter how old you look on the outside, you still feel like a 25 year old inside. So the next time you look at an old person think of the beautiful young girl or handsome young man that might be inside that person. Of course there are those who also are old inside, but I don't think Tim is like that.

When I was a 14, my dad was the projectionist at the most popular Rocky Horror midnight show in Atlanta. One night, Tim Curry and Richard O'Brian came to the theatre to see the show....he gave me an autographed fearless album....and I wore it out! this was great! I didn't know a video existed lol - love it!
Oh dude, I'm ridiculously jealous of you but still, that's so freaking great!! I would've pulled a Wayne and Garth and gotten on my knees and started worshipping at their feet while proclaiming "I'm not worthy! I'm not worthy!" But it's funny this happened to you at 14 because that was about the same age that I was when I discovered Tim Curry's Fearless album thanks to Limewire (oof that dates me quite a bit, doesn't it?) and so I looked up the album in RUclips and so I became very familiar with this vid and the one for my personal favorite track from that album, I Do The Rock. 😋
I remember seeing this at the cinema, prior to a midnight movie presentation of "Rocky Horror." There were college girls in the theater screaming like it was Elvis!
I bought this album when it came out. I was in grade 11. I recognized it as a parody of the times but it was also unique and cool in its own right. And that voice - man, he can roar.

Been a big admirer of his since RHPS was released and use to have all of his albums on vinyl: 1) Read My Lips; 2) Fearless; 3) Simplicity; 4) The Very Best of and 4) One From the Vaults. Sadly I lost these and many more when I lost my job, lost my apartment and was homeless for a while. I'm ok now, but these albums can never be replaced.
