Stefan M. Lmao. You must be either really young or just straight up living in a trailer park with people that lived a hard life. He definitely does not look like he is in his 40s now at 62 years old. But thanks, we all have a visual of what 40 year olds look like in your neighborhood ridden with meth and dope heads
Hahaha 🤣
@@shortthrow50 You wouldn't be wrong about the meth and dope heads.
What a lovely song, ah the good old days when peaceful and beautiful music still existed, Gotta love Denis!
I agree, I wish we could go back to the 1790s to enjoy good music. Good old days indeed.
Just discovered this gem recently! Can’t believe I was today years old when I discovered they wrote a song about me!
It gets funnier when you know the backstory of the song. He stole it from Louis CK apparently, which only goes to make the song hit harder because he's an Asshole.
@@justinlast2lastharder749 Louis CK claimed it was stolen by Leary.. Leary said he didn't and he co-wrote it with someone else. /shrug.

It still is
Woah, seeing you here is wild, didn't expect you to be here.
Hey man, i was wondering if you could do a video about deadbolt? I think it would be cool is all.

2021, 41 year old me: Ahhh, this song finally makes sense
YESSSS!!! 41 yrs old here too. Now go watch Falling Down and see how you identify with Michael Douglas these days as well 😂
@hudson solutions Yes! I have seen that forgotten gem! When i was young i really didnt like Micahel Douglas's character. But now, I sympathize with him, and im like "oh ok i get it it now"
I was a misanthrope at 15... This made perfect sense for 26 years.
@@marcgutierrez2436 I do to a point: I was in a similar situation (my job got automated, had issues in my relationship but never broke up). I think in the early 90's it was different because the economics were artificially skewed towards defense spending for 30 years previous and the bill came due when Russia collapsed.

I disagree ...I feel like this specifically tries to paint people who are patriotic as assholes. I would have been there right with you longer ago as was the narrative for so long. After the 2 years we have been through and all that has been revealed one would have to be blind and in denial to not see the bait and switch that has taken place.
