You have a cool dad and he retained his masculinity. Its actually rare for men to develop into their masculine frame and retain it as women tend to break them.
Good god this gave me chills. This video describes exactly the concepts that I’ve been wrestling with for the past two years and have finally mentally formulated and am actively implementing . But it took a lot of grueling self work. For me, the toughest hurdle I had to jump was getting control of my own emotions and eradicating neediness with women. I scared girls off, got rejected, friend zoned, missed opportunities, offended people, and had my head fucked with mercilessly. But I extracted the lessons from each failure and kept moving forward, and in doing so proved to myself incontrovertibly that there will ALWAYS be another woman; indeed many others. Now I’m in a place where I feel like I know hidden secrets of the female psyche and attraction that 99% of men are not privy to. I feel so energized, and at the same time calm. And I think these two things are the crux of masculinity.

Just grow some bigger balls, life is too short!! I think it was the actor Henry Cavill said one time "your comfort level is where your dreams are destroyed" or something along them lines and it made me think about it and he is right, sacrifices and selfishness have to be confronted at some point in life. What I’ve noticed from this is that, men pedstalize everything else but themselves. They pedestalize the women they don’t approach by staring at her and not saying anything because they overthink the reaction of rejection instead of letting things be. If you put yourself first (being selfish) even if she rejects you, the real reward is that you took the risk.

The reason I am able to start an orphanage is because I have been very aggressive in my life. But you are right that I see selfishness as negative, especially so in a man-woman relationship. Certainly you or anyone else can claim my words were selfish. Yet that doesn't make it so. I have standards for a relationship that make a relationship stronger. And if a woman chooses not to abide by my standards, she chooses something else. Her choice.
Before I make a commitment to any person, I want to know what their standards are. If I can't accept those standards, I certainly won't say the other is selfish for having those. standards.

This is contraditory casey, imagine a class situation, you see a cute girl and let everybody know you want her, then all the power is in her hands, She can play you and everybody Will know you are emotionally more invested then She is. I belive you should know in your head what you want but not saying it streitght up, you should play the not very interested in the beggining to show you are not starving
In this case, if you let everyone know you like a girl and you're not making a move, it's likely the girl will wonder "why hasn't he done anything?" But when you're genuinely confident you're not neccessarily emotionally invested at that point, because you have the idea that if she rejects you there will always be someone else. The idea is that if you're on your purpose in life (whatever it is) and are confident as a result, you won't even need to act like you're not interested. You're so busy thinking about your own stuff that you don't even care if you're not doing it the right way. If you're too emotional at this point it almost means that if the woman rejects you, it may hurt you. This is why women often go after jerks, because women don't have to worry about hurting their feelings. But moreover women can smell confidence from 3 rooms away. If you're genuinely confident it almost doesn't matter how you're doing things, as long as you're believing it... or too busy "with your own party" to even overthink things.
