The bin on the dash will keep a clipboard in place, the file holder in the center console will as well. The glove box is deep enough for a few reams of letter paper as well.
Automatics like manuals have a number of fixed gears. A CVT uses a belt and pulley that can vary the input to output ratio nearly infinitely within a range. Practically what that means is a normal car revs up to say 5,000 RPM then shifts dropping the RPMs down to 3,000, then accelerated up to 5,000 and repeats. A CVT revs up to 5,000 and stays there varying the ratio to accelerate until you reach your speed and the car drops the RPMs down to a cruising speed.
The following have been shot but not edited: 2013 Chevy Volt, 2014 Kia Forte EX, 2013 Fiat Ducato, 2014 Mazda 6. We also have an Elantra GT hatchback and Acura RLX on schedule for filming in the coming weeks.
Alex is soo good at his review's that I'm in the process of buying this van and I don't even have a business or a purpose of owning one other then the great review 😂😂😂😂
I am in the market for an small cargo van. I went to see the RAM CV and it was expensive ($ 25,000) and it was awful. I have been trying to test drive the NV but there are none here in Miami. I probably wait for the next Traffic Connect.
I have the 2014 NV200 the Tpms is a problem for all the NV200. You cant see your Mileage meter when it is on, and there is nothing you can do to change it.
It is actually the Renault Kangoo which is an excellent citywise panel van since it is based on the Renault Clio (Nissan Versa). At last, European style SUV coming to America and they show the perfect practical vehicle for city operations. I want omne with windows to transport my kids around (while waiting for the Nissan version of Renault Grand Scenic). Hopefully, turbo-diesel engines will be provided one day.
Hello guys I'm trying mo make a survey about nissan CVT transmissions so I wanna know the locations(countries/states/territories/cities, etc) of every nissan CVT lovers and Nissan CVT haters as well. Thank you so much guys and hope you all join the survey. (How many kilometers you put now/or how many kilometers when start to notice any issues?)
Wait, hold your shit! 19 MPG combined for that thing with a 2.0 CVT?! In city traffic...who cares? I can get 24 MPG all day long in 100% city traffic with my 2012 Hyundai Santa Fe 2.4L. Oh hell no. You can do almost that with a full size Ford Econoline or Chevy Express. This thing is even worse than I thought and I already thought it was trash...
Oh, did you want rear windows in your van? That will be extra. Did you want tires and a steering wheel? That will be extra, too. Typical Nissan. Shit cars. Don't buy one!
I bought this van last week. Love it. Everything he's mentioned is spot on. Now time for conversion!
Can you give an update?
Is there a hidden side arm compartment like GM does?
Wow. This is the most thorough, unbiased video review I've watched. Thank you so much!

Will do. Thanks for the feedback!
It is not designed as a tow vehicle and at the launch event they would not disclose a towing number so I expect it is between 1,0000 and 2,000.
Anything specific? Or just general performance?
I don't believe Nissan has the Qwest in the press fleets for us to review but I will make enquiries.
Did you say that at $20k, the NV200 is a third of the price of a full-size GM van? @ 3:45
This is great review of this van by Nissan i'm thinking about getting one and this really helps. Thank-you.

Great review Alex! Will you be reviewing the Mazda 6 Grand Touring soon?
Good overview. Pardon my ignorance, but what is the difference between CVT vs. regular automatic? Thank you.

laurentien00 no it's not it is. Mitsubishi Delica D50 rebadged as a Nissan. The Renault is much smaller.
Would a double mattress fit in the back of one of these for a shagging wagon ?
can you do a review on the 2013 Nissan quest. And if you review it can you tell everybody how it compares to the odyssey and sienna.
Also, no liftgate option. Ford Transit Connect has that too.
Have you driven the NV200 uphills and on mountain roads? How well does it handle the mountains and steep hills? Thanks
As well as you can expect with a small engine. The CVT helps out a great deal by giving you the best gear ratio at all times.
Please guys. what difference between Vauxhall vivarol van and Nissan nv200. i mean the size please
what will your next reviews be?
No Side door window options. Ford Transit Connect has this option.
I swear you read minds! The video will be up in 2-3 weeks.
Why does everyone freak out about soft touch plastics? How often do you find yourself pawing over the dash thinking man I wish this was softer.
Just saw a video on the Chevy version of the Nissan NV they said it would tow up to 5000 pounds
I want the camper van option
Bradley Jenkins
+Bradley Jenkins 2.5 Transit Connect will make a VW camper in conversion.VW slls the lift roof.
Ah ok, I appreciate the clarification!
How many pounds can it tow
It actually costs about 2/3 as much as a full sized cargo van.
Well the 2014 Ram C/V is rated to tow 3,600 pounds and has a cargo load of 1,800 pounds os I'm getting a RAM CV keep the pos rice burner.
You do that buddy
good review!!
1/3 the price of a full size van?? Dude full size cargo Van's start at 30000 dollars not 60k. Mathematician

This van will cost a Canadian about $25,000 in basic S form.
Did you know this is made by Mitsubishi and re badged.
thanks
nv 200, but I wont buy until they get @ least 35 mpg
Plan on buying one shortly after you die of old age.
There's no shame in looking at notes. I'd rather than five clips pasted together in the space of 25 seconds!
