I’ll look through your previous videos for that one. The ability to get into tight spaces will be a help and hunting in trashy areas which I do often. Thanks for your help.
I have the stock and 15” and I absolutely hate how the depth scale is always off. Even with the stock coil the target is always shallower than the reading and with the 15” coil it’s even worse. I’m not thoroughly impressed with the Manticore while owning both the Etrac and CTX 3030. But I am impressed by the compactness, weight and speed.
That is Notre the point of the comparison. As I said towards the beginning of the video, soil conditions make a difference as well as The type of soil in your area hence why I didn’t go into that sort of detail. At the time I filmed, it was very dry here in North Carolina. Now it’s super wet so depth would increase due to better conductivity. I hope that makes sense. I appreciate the inquiry.
@@jlj209 you will. If I was Detecting thru that field I myself would have easily missed this with the small coil where the signal would have a much greater chance to be noticed with the larger ones. I’ve used them further. The small is outstanding in areas with lots of iron or trash. You’ll go low and slow in these cases so you can pick out desirable targets.
@@jlj209 Another great example of usage… in one of my prior videos, I used the small coil on the equinox when I was gold hunting in Nome Alaska. I was very impressed what I found with it!
New subscriber here! Maybe you can help. My first day with the manticore i got a deep mercury dime and wheet penny. The numbers were 99 and blue. It that the update or a program. Can i expect that again. Thanks
Cool thanks 👍

Good work ! But how much deeper does the M15 coil go VS the M11 with the same sensitivity.
Yeah… I was a silly goose and changed that without thinking! 😳 There is definitely a difference with further testing that I’ve done.
great info! Really liked how the M15 showed the target trace a lot better. Very interesting.
It’s been even better now that we’ve gotten a lot more rain. Soil was pretty dry that day!
Top job hope your well hope your week went well have brilliant weekend keep safe brother tezza 👍
Thank you!
Excellent. Thanks for the tip.
No problem!
Great work! Should be getting my 15 any day. I’m excited to see what It can do. Hopefully you are still liking yours.
Nice! Let me know how you do with it!
Nice work!
Thanks!!!

So how deep was the target that you compared the M8 to the M15?

Got it. Thanks.
I’m pretty new to this and I e heard that you loose depth with the smaller coil. My M8 just arrived today. I’m eager to get out with it.

Hmmm… what mode were you running?
@CrazySpiderAdventures all terrain high trash I believe. I didn't adjust the sensitivity because I didn't know how being it was my first use!
