The lightning cup is also my favorite so I agree. Sunset Wilds is still the only tracks in the series to have a “sunset” gimmick, so super unique. Sky Garden has the best music out of any tracks and the setting is also amazing! Luigi Circuit is one of the better circuit tracks, and being one of two rainy courses (the other being Neo Bowser City). And cheep cheep island is very underrated. The sunset setting and the calming atmosphere makes it an enjoyable ride. It is however overshadowed by tte three other tracks in this cup which are in my my opinion way up there, but cheep cheep island is still a great course
This game has EXTREMELY good circuits tbh. I never really played all of them but the retro tracks I played were just awesome. Sky Garden used to be my favorite track when I was very young and now it's still in my 3rd favorite (I played Mario Kart DS back then), and there is also some tracks like Luigi Circuit, Ribbon Road, Sunset Wilds, Boo Lake and Riverside Park which are just absolute banger
@@Energity_Colouts 3 of my top 5 favorite Mario Kart tracks are actually from SC. Bowser's Castle 3 being at 2. Sky Garden at 4. And Riverside Park at 5.
15:38 I sure do hope they’ll remake the more interesting version of this track instead of the forgettable version! Also I sure do hope your opinion on Mario Circuit 2, Yoshi Desert and Lakeside Park won’t change at all making this video outdated!
Gonna be honest while super circuit is ok controls wise, I consider it a decent successor to super mario kart, some of the tracks have some unique ideas done for it such as the original cheese land taking place in space. I’m not sure if the enemy ai using exclusive items like smk.
ok so here's MY take (i havent watched the video yet) 10 - SNES Star Cup (Bowser Castle 3 is unsalvageable, Donut Plains 3 sucks in Super Circuit and the other two are meh at best) 9 - GBA Mushroom Cup (Has 3 of the most PAINFULLY boring tracks in the game, riverside is ok) 8 - SNES Lightning Cup (imo the Choco Island tracks were kinda ruined from driving in mud not having actual mud effects even though theres mud in sunset wilds, the second one is only meh now, the other 3 tracks are pretty meh too) 7 - SNES Flower Cup (Mario Cuircuit 2 is the BEST TRACK out of the SNES tracks, but choco island and ghost valley are pretty average) 6 - GBA Flower Cup (I honestly don't even have an opinion on this cup they're fine tracks better than ok but eh idk) 5 - SNES Special Cup (Undecided about Ghost Valley and Rainbow Road, but the other two are pretty solid) 4 - GBA Lightning Cup (Luigi Circuit is THE BEST TRACK in the game, Sky Garden is also really good, the other two are only ok imo) 3 - SNES Mushroom Cup (Honestly the Mushroom Cup tracks were always my favorite SMK tracks they're simple and not annoying lol) 2 - GBA Star Cup (Snow Land is worse than Broken Pier but honestly this and the Special Cup can be interchangable for me they both have such good tracks) 1 - GBA Special Cup (Lakeside Park, Rainbow Road, and Bowser Castle 4 are some of the best tracks in the game, Broken Pier is ok too)
Here are my ranking of all Mario Kart: Super Circuit Cups C-Tier 5. Mushroom Cup 4. Flower Cup A-Tier 3. Lightning Cup 2. Star Cup S-Tier 1. Special Cup
Honestly, I actually feel bad for SNES Choco Island 2, because the design is actually good, the controls didn’t really help it, except for DS, where I found it tolerable, not that the others are bad, but still upsetting that some don’t get a second chance, due to stupidly deciding to having the easiest tracks. I blame fans for that one too. However, the SNES Bowser Castle tracks, despite the background, DO deserve a second chance, since many custom track versions do them absolute justice, and that should NEVER be ignored! Honestly, these days, I never really have a problem with them since I don’t race in them as much as the latest entries.

Good ranking. My 2 favourite GBA tracks are from the Lightning Cup being Sky Garden and Sunset Wilds
This is actually my 2nd favorite Mario Kart game behind 64 and also my first ever video game!

@@ToadBradley24 The tracks in 3D are far superior to their 2D counterparts thou. Still better than the SNES tracks.

Yep, Lightning cup is the best cup in Super Circuit BY FAR (not that the rest sucks, they are very good, but Lightning cup is just way too good)
ok so here's MY take (i havent watched the video yet)

6 - GBA Flower Cup (I honestly don't even have an opinion on this cup they're fine tracks better than ok but eh idk)
5 - SNES Special Cup (Undecided about Ghost Valley and Rainbow Road, but the other two are pretty solid)
4 - GBA Lightning Cup (Luigi Circuit is THE BEST TRACK in the game, Sky Garden is also really good, the other two are only ok imo)
3 - SNES Mushroom Cup (Honestly the Mushroom Cup tracks were always my favorite SMK tracks they're simple and not annoying lol)
2 - GBA Star Cup (Snow Land is worse than Broken Pier but honestly this and the Special Cup can be interchangable for me they both have such good tracks)
1 - GBA Special Cup (Lakeside Park, Rainbow Road, and Bowser Castle 4 are some of the best tracks in the game, Broken Pier is ok too)

Hope you do this for every mario kart.
I also used to hate this game but after replaying it it is pretty fun
Predicted lakeside park
Based video
Choco Island 2 is genuinely my least favourite track. EVER.
luigi circuit, sky garden, and sunset wilds in the same cup?? This seems very one-sided...
given that the Lightning Cup probably exists for the SNES tracks order, it seems like a very odd cup
