It sure is. As a young teenager I saw the same in my elderly Grandad who taught me all his wisdom before him passing. Now with many more years past me, than infront, everything & more of what he shared & what i've found out through self education & experience...has come to fruition.
I try my best to instill this wisdom into my offspring.

Cycle breaker here. Grew up with a narcissistic mother and after I had my first born I cut off my toxic family and healed myself to be a good mother to my daughter. The universe guided us both as I survived my narc mother's abuse and broke free. Now I've got 2 kids and I am much happier raising my children different from how I was raised and healthier
At least you have your children to comfort you. I have noone. l have sisters l never had. They all want me out of their way.asking them why they torture me this way my sister said we dont hate you but we hate what is inside you. Life has been so rocky for fire from every side.l always ask why must l just live a normal life like any other person.but now l dont want a normal life anymore lm ok this way.lm used to fight now thats my life.lm a fighter.
My mother was a wicked heartless woman. It took me decades to realize what a deceptive, lying witch she was, and how thoroughly destructive she was to anything good around her. She was the one woman I thought I could trust and whose words were gospel. I was so tragically wrong. Years later it still hurts a lot.

I am definitely a generational curse breaker I just hope that my kids appreciate and are grateful for what I’ve done because it was many good and bad days and may dark nights of the soul, and it didn’t bring us closer together it separated me from a lot of family and people who I taught was friends but at the end of the day I feel it was worth it because I stand here today a better version of myself than I was days, weeks, months, years ago. It’s still a on going process but I absolutely ❤ the space that I’m in right now. Peace ❤❤❤ BLESSINGS, HAPPINESS, PROSPERITY, GOOD HEALTH & 💡LIGHT💡to every BEAUTIFUL SOUL embarking on this journey to pave a better way for not just family and friends but HUMANITY as a whole. My friend the cycle varies from person to person so that’s not really important what’s important is you want change and that starts with getting closer to THE MOST HIGH DIVINE SOURCE CREATOR, once you decide that is what you want you have to learn how to let go of anything or anyone that is keeping you at a low vibrational energy/ frequency regardless of if it’s family/ friends or something else because we are BEINGS OF VIBRATION/FREQUENCY/ENERGY and anyone or anything that at a low vibration can cause blockages in your life especially blessings of abundance, happiness, love, peace etc……… because we are beings of energy you can pick up in there vibrational energy/frequency and once you’ve gotten past that part you just MOVE with ❤ and LIGHT because Source/ universe is here to work with us not against us earth is basically a school and it’s learning how to get past all of the distractions that’s placed in front of us and figuring out how to manipulate energy to work for you not against you and once you do that my friend you shall have the LIFE YOU WANT OR IS DESTINED FOR BECAUSE WE ARE THE CO CREATORS OF OUR LIVES WITH THE MOST HIGH SOURCE/ UNIVERSE. @@mila7809 Then your mindset is wrong. The universe is an infinite ocean of energy. Step out of your own way, stop thinking this energy is not for you. It's there for you too. All you have to do is let it in by believing it's there for you. Believe in yourself. Giving up is never an option. Never, ever. I recommend Dr. Wayne Dyer's videos on the subject. There's plenty of them on RUclips.
Another drawback being a circle breaker is 'being the very best person of yourself' sometimes feels frutile because almost all others around us, don't seem to care about being good themselves...in fact, it seems quite the opposite in many cases.
Don't worry about what others around you are doing. They are on their right or wrong path of growth. Choose yourself and focus on your growth journey. Goodluck :)❤

I am though, concerned how others behave, especially when their behaviour goes against what is good for society.
@keepitreal1547 hmm..right...sometimes, I struggle with this too but then I feel...there's only so much we can do and control..and guide others..after a point we have to let go..if they come back for guidance and help, sure, help them out but we can only do so much to change their behavior

i,m the only one who has not. Because I,m different i,m isolated from them that,s ok, because i,m the real me, I,ve been a healer and light worker for over 30 years now. May love and light be with you in everything you do or go.
David, I can relate to growing up with the booze and cigarettes. I broke the cycle when I got pregnant. I didn’t want my children to be raised the way I was. I was always different, definitely a loner. Introverts are. I considered myself “unique”. Growing up the way I did has made me who I am today. I am a healer and light worker, too. I am a certified Death Doula.

I believe I too was a generational rule breaker. My life was very difficult after my first marriage. He was abusive to me & our children. I found the courage to break free because I wanted a better life for my children. I went to College, got a wonderful job & met beautiful people along the way who inspired me to do & be better than I imagined I could be. Life is beautiful. ❤ love this video! Thank you. Reminds me of just how far I’ve come!!!
I don't know how old any of you are but a recognized the generational patterns when I was in my late teens & I have battled hard to break these cycles. But even knowing this I have still manage to fall in some of the traps, the problem being that if it's family unless they are also prepared to do the work by their own mind & willpower you continually get drawn back to the same situation & to retain your own inner peace you feel you have to walk away but there in lies the problem for me anyway. All of my family generations have walked away from each other.
I am 59yrs now & it just gets harder to the point that I do not know how long I can keep going.
In the mean time I still keep working on myself hoping for that generational breakthrough.
Maybe just by staying & keeping going, that is the breakthrough.

Same here, however, recently all the low vibe stuff has begun to effect my health, so, although younger in years, I stay away as much as possible and just try and see my elderly parents on a regular basis, whenever my siblings are not there. I have just come to terms with the fact, that you cannot take people with you and everyone is at a different level of consciousness. You are taking the correct action, working on yourself, always remember service to self first as people mistake your kindness for weakness, that is exactly where I am on my path. I am a warrior and breaking the trajectory and cycles have been extremely difficult and i had to leave geographically so i can break these chains ⛓️ its hard work and worth it...i get it .when you're chosen you have to get ready to roll up sleeves and be willing to be a lone wolf and be your own best friend 🎉celebrate your message 🎉

Yes I am, but it's exhausting, difficult, emotional & very time consuming.
It doesn't help having the traits of a Sigma either, but hey ho, I seem unable to change who I am & what I believe in.
For the good & the not so good.
In conclusion, there's many times I wish my mind was less intricate in looking out for improvements in life, in society...then again I do believe there's benefit in how I am, also...to myself & others.
Sometimes though, I'd just like to share the load or others take some load on.

Cycle breakers often seen as traitors by family during process of changes. Need to endure being misunderstood, harmed, excluded when making a better choice.
This is me, the black sheep and alone from my family, mother, brother, and sisters.
After stepping away from a narc family of parents and siblings i too have finally broke the cycle. Coming from a split family as my mam and dad seperated before i can remember, my childhood and past has been targeted by siblings and step dad after i chose to step away and break the cycle as i saw patterns from my traumatic teens emerging again. It's a hard realisation but the relationships i thought were genuine were not and i was just being manipulated for their self preservation.
What I trying to show to my family is the boundaries.
I'm a 4th generation cult member working my way out. It's challenging both socially and mentally to detach from everything I thought I knew.
This video is absolutely accurate. I am definitely a generational cycle breaker. My mum side of the family all have the same toxic traits/ behavioual patterns, been like that for a few generations.
I noticed it as a child but the last 10 years even more so. The way they talk to each other & their partners ( the ego), the way they to about others, talking down anyway who has married into the family.. Everyone who marries or gets close wants to end that relationship. No coincidence everyone who has married into family last 30/ 40 years has noticed it, all from different backgrounds. Even within their own families, there has been issues.
They have a COMPLETE lack of self awareness, they think everyone else is the problem. None of them have worked on themselves.
As the blacksleep and awakened one. This is easy for to identify.

My entire family works separately and each in a very different ways according to their circumstances but we are indeed working towards the same goals. We have to be away from each other for this exact reason. It's a bittersweet situation to be in. Only realized this after 30 years after i had my awakening 😶

I tried to not only change and break away from societal programming and modes of thinking I know led to divides and war.
I now try and find peace in my own life and world. And every though ones actions may be misunderstood its important not to deter from your path.
Its funny I tried to not only break my family programming but the worlds. By writing and publishing novels that not only deal with many of the worlds issues but resolve them. And hopefully inspire unification on a grand scale.
And yet, no one wants me to succeed, but am not going to let that stop me and neither should you!

My children will not ever know the struggle or the life I was given. The family I was born into. Pure evil.
The DNA I carry. The trauma, the mindset I had to have from a small child. I'm 46 now.
I've broken alot. My children are successful, yet don't want to give me grandchildren. That's all I've ever wanted , is to be a grandma. I gave love and compassion when it was foreign to me. I don't know what to look forward to any more.
My children are happy living their lives.
Something good came from the choices I made.
I keep my heart focused on promises that were sown deep.within my soul. Try not to cry too much, enjoy other people's babies from afar.

We have strong addiction/trauma cycle in our lineage.
After 20 years of struggle I personally won fight with my addiction. even tho I was close to death or prison due to drugs and alcohol, now I feel extremely well being totally sober, close to God, without even porn or junk food. My family support me however they don't have idea what's going on really.

In all of this, there is one concept that I do not have a full or clear understanding of and it is this, if I do not have children (my own choice or married) how do generational cycles end with me? There is a next generation with my sister’s children but they have their journeys to take and I already see them repeating patterns passed on from their parents. So how am I changing the status quo?
I would say... dont worry about the Status Quo.. change yourself for the better...its the only thing we can control..

When i left my alcoholic ex husband, i told everyone the cycle of alcoholism in the ***** family ends with me. Multiple generations have been alcoholics. My sons will not be.

His dad beat his ass with a steel red fence post for bringing home a less than expected report card... THREW FISTS AT HIS OWN CHILDREN WITHOUT BEING "CALLED-OUT" BY HIS KID* (*self defense and as necessary as a spanking to stop a toddler who cant reason yet, to stay away from danger! You Don't call your dad "outside" stupid! )
My dad was born to devout ma at least gpa was a violent drunk good provider for 7 honorable man.
My parents were opposite athiest /Christian..
Both told my sister and i what the deal really was both sides on things like this
Only then would they divulge their beliefs
