I am a 76 year old woman, and have been a loner all my life, on my own spiritual path. In a sense I wasn’t really lonely up until the time I moved into a senior living facility due to physical issues. I am now quite lonely,. The other residents living here are completely asleep, and I resonate with no one. I am doing the best I can to hold the light, but all my attempts to help other people raise their vibrations has been an exercise in futility. I realize that now and this makes me feel all the more alone and lonely. I know I am here for a reason. But being in chronic pain and fatigue, at this point in my life, makes it difficult to be always optimistic pretty much this life although I’ve had many good times, and friends, I’ve always felt I just don’t belong here. I’ve done a great deal of shadow work, which, of course is never ending, and I’ve done my share of trying to escape it, but find it is impossible. I have had a number of mystical experiences coming from my soul, actually embodying it, but I am realizing on a higher level I gave this to myself to help me continue on the path. Thank you for sharing the pains and doubts as well. I will send some healing light your way. I do every night when I am not in pain. At 85 I have had a pretty physical painless life - not emotionally and mentally but physically. Then all of a sudden I have experienced one pain after another. Through it I learned compassion for those who also have physical pain - I never could empathize with that pain before. It is when I am pain free that I send out healing thoughts to others now with pain but also that help may arrive from various sources.

Many times, yes, it is a lonely journey, or rather we feel it that way at the beginning, but as we go down into the deep pits by ourselves and heal, we realize that we are never alone, because the Universe is vast, but we do not see everything and we think we are alone. But this is not true, there are so many signs pointing to the right path, such as synchronicities, intuitive messages in dreams, through the heart, you hear and see more than others, the gates of your own abilities open. It happened to me during shadow history integration that a collective message came, usually a request from the Universe for you to resolve this in the quantum space and let it into the light. Many things are happening at the same time, we run on 12 levels at the same time. 24 hours have been 16 for a while now. If you are familiar with quantum psychology, you can start a faster process there and heal faster. It is certain that even in the worst times it is worth love ownself (it means unconditional love), true spirituality is not about living in toxic positivity, but about knowing our worst parts and sitting down to talk with them, because these parts of us have always lived in oppression or compensated for a behavior form with another (spiritual psychology), there are so many good techniques for it. I used the Covid period to explore who I was and who I became. I have the benefit of being retired so I carved out toxic people who I did not have to endure 8 hours a day, that was a good start. I went way back and found myself as a kid and teen. I am alone, but not lonely as I continue to review my life.

I'm 62 years old, I've been alone my entire life but have never felt lonely. When stressed I move out into nature alone and observe. Something always comes along to remind me that just because I can't see it doesn't mean it's not there and in fact I am never alone. Worries, stresses, physical and emotional pain I just let go."What will it mean in 100 years" is a saying my boss says often when something unfortunate happens. Just fix it and move on. It's a truism I think and use and it works. I hope this helps someone else.

Please look up the autism discussion pages, they provide very practical advice that comes from a place of understanding the person. God is love. Love is an action word. This supports to follow the best and most humanitarianism information to support our brothers and sisters with additional needs. A manic episode may be distress. It is important to get as much clarity and perspective on this. Manic episodes may be driven by agitation, that can come from extreme distress. Medical help is necessary to assess appropriately. This is deeper than most spiritual YT channels. Most are on the "love and light" side. But few talk about suffering as having an intrinsic role. Also, the limits to "knowing", the role of "uncertainty", in the whole process.

Meditate, pray and love yourself and others every day, laugh a lot, be useful to those who need your help. I was married to my soul mate for 25 years. He died in a terrible accident. Grief cleansed me. Now I love everything that comes my way. It’s all about the lessons. Welcome and learn from them, the good the bad and the ugly. Mostly, be grateful, and cultivate spirituality, health, beauty and creativity. Have fun with life as much as possible. As for material possessions: enjoy and be grateful for what you have, not what you don’t have. Also, I do kind that I don’t need everyone to like me or be my friends. I used to want to be popular and have a long list of friends. Now I have a few best friends who “get” each other. I’m rarely lonely,but when loneliness comes, I don’t push it away. I look for the lessons in it. Usually, I write poetry to better know myself and what I’m going through and why.😊
Pain is necessary, however, suffering is optional. We only suffer when we don't pay attention to what our Soul is wanting us to become consciously aware of. That is the source of the pain we are experiencing. It's only when we don't pay attention to what our Soul is trying to get us in touch with that we suffer. SUFFERING IS OPTIONAL!!!
I have had to shed many connections who I saw as asleep, self serving, and caught in the machine. I'm grateful for this perspective as it helpsnto illuminate where I'm arriving to in this experience. I've been on a spiritual journey for only a shirt period of time. Spending time, in the shadows, the shadow tasking you might say is still uncovering many false truths. About myself and people I have meant in my life so far. The journey is incredibly difficult and a path that is taking its toll on a heavy heart. This truly spoke to my heart and soul and gave me an insight to what is due in the course of my self discovery and not overcome by egotistical thoughts, and behaviours.
This too shall pass, and I'm sure your in a more beautiful place! Holding on to what doesn't serve you anymore, as you grow your soul, usually creates pain! Pain is a great motivator! It will pass if you follow the inner voice and trust EVERYTHING is happenning for your HIGHEST GOOD! Blessings!

I think it's hard to let go of the past because you want to learn from the past and grow in the present and then being more free in the future. I could've done with this about 3 years ago. It was a painful process I found, very lonely but I passed through it. I found I was going to and fro, from old ne to new me. I lost a lot of people, ideas, things I thought certain. But the power of spiritual connections are overwhelming. Worth it? Absolutely 💯
I am 24, recovering after 11 years, I am a new mom, new wife. I met my husband 5 years ago when I was a mess, deep into addiction nursing trauma, and self-harming. a few years later we met a second time. I was on the road of sobriety and my feelings. but i was stuck and filled with hatred. I wondered why, and I had a lot of time to heal part of toxic negative traits. Realizing how many things were suppressed. I am still stepping into shadow work, and i am learning to unlearn taught negative traits, by loving my self and my loved ones everyday. I am learning to let go and forgive. we are blessed to see another day, to be around the people or things we love. I remember I am here to love and bring light. I'm Like a tea bag, I've learned the true strength within me. I thrive even in the darkest moments of my life's journey, feeling as if I'm swimming in hot water - a testament to my resilience. Though I don't mind being alone, I eagerly await the day I meet someone who matches my vibrant energy.
I want to tell you how much I appreciate what you are doing/have done. I can't convey how much this has resignated with me and how deeply comforting it was to hear you explain so many things that I knew but didn't know, had learned but didn't remember or realized I only learned part of, or not at all, etc... you reminded me of what it is I am supposed to be doing with my life. Life is a journey and naieve we are along the way. This naievety keeps an innocence to us and a forever learning journey of life ( if we choose to let it). Always evolving. I thought I was better/more evolved... an enlightened person who was absolute in thought and action. Allowing that stability of thought and dedication to act, made others look to me for answers. Which I obliged. All the way up until I got knocked off my enlightened high horse and literally became everything I turned my nose up to and judged as lower than... although I wasn't aware that I was judging others ( I was). I went from being an elite (for lack of a better word) to a deginerate nobody (also for lack of better words ...). My life has done a 180° backwards summersault and then again and again it seems. I went from knowing what to do, say, and everything in between, to knowing nothing. To the point of being called stupid and ignorant, literally. I graduated from college and walked summa cum laude. I'm no idiot. But in those moments I was and couldn't argue to the contrary. Doubt was reinforced with these types of situations and I spiralled down and down. Honestly I'm still spiraling down. Grasping for something, I don't even know what it is.. .. your words brought tears to my eyes. Both of joy and of sorrow. It's amazing how cleansing those types of tears are. Even that little bit washed enough of what I've been allowing to blind me away to be able to feel some small hope for the future, for me, for me in that future. Thank you. You gave me one of the most precious gifts a human can give, hope. Which can't be given without love behind it, supporting it, encouraging it on. So thank you for the love you put into this and the hope it has given me. I love you too.
Back in 1989 I went into 8 panic attacks a day after a trauma.Then I fell into a deep depression and in my despair one night I cried out from my soul. " I WAT TO GO HOME !! " 3x and it surprised me and then the illness brokeaway. We are not alone in the universe and this is not our home.I joined the journey yesterday after resisting for years. I’m 60 years old now and have been going through the dark night of the soul for a little while now. It’s not depression (I’ve had that before), it is very different. It’s like a cup that through the years I’ve filled with useless addictions and obsessions. Useless, very useless things. After a few recent life changing events (including a death in the family and a car accident) I feel I find my cup empty. The old habits, faith in religion, and dependence on addiction has fallen away. I now am letting the universe fill my cup, in it’s own time. Patience, time, and letting the flow happen without fighting is the path to take. I must go through it to get past it.
I keep turning into a spiritual corner which persuades me to fall ,this time i won over my heart and now i feel more light ,and than i found this as a confirmation of what happend with insane resonation ❤

I am an empath. I work in sheltered housing as one of two managers. Many tenants confide in me that they walk a spiritual path but do not want others to know. I tell them other tenants believe too. Usually we talk about angels. For awhile i played a peace meditation. At first 6/7 would come but gradually one by one they stopped coming. But they still come and ask me privately. My advise to you is to ask angels/god/source to put you in touch with like minded people. ❤️ 🙏

Thanks for your message. Yes, Truth always hurts and it is so painful and really difficult to overcome. Only time can heal some wounds and here also sometimes we feel it is just insane. After a certain stage it looks there is no escape and we have been trapped, but still we live on hope and pray things will change. Will there be any light at the end of the tunnel ??

You only suffer to the level of your own resistance. We are already spiritual beings in a human form which is taking part in the human experience. This human experience allows our spiritual form to experience things that cannot be experienced in spiritual form. Therefore our suffering is our resistance to letting go and being the most human that we can be for as long as our human life allows us to be. Being human is our ‘Hamlet moment’, so our human-ness is being the best Hamlet that we are capable of becoming.

I used the Covid period to explore who I was and who I became. I have the benefit of being retired so I carved out toxic people who I did not have to endure 8 hours a day, that was a good start. I went way back and found myself as a kid and teen. I am alone, but not lonely as I continue to review my life.

I'm 62 years old, I've been alone my entire life but have never felt lonely. When stressed I move out into nature alone and observe. Something always comes along to remind me that just because I can't see it doesn't mean it's not there and in fact I am never alone. Worries, stresses, physical and emotional pain I just let go."What will it mean in 100 years" is a saying my boss says often when something unfortunate happens. Just fix it and move on.

Meditate, pray and love yourself and others every day, laugh a lot, be useful to those who need your help. I was married to my soul mate for 25 years. He died in a terrible accident. Grief cleansed me. Now I love everything that comes my way. It’s all about the lessons. Welcome and learn from them, the good the bad and the ugly. Mostly, be grateful, and cultivate spirituality, health, beauty and creativity. Have fun with life as much as possible. As for material possessions: enjoy and be grateful for what you have, not what you don’t have. Also, I do kind that I don’t need everyone to like me or be my friends. I used to want to be popular and have a long list of friends. Now I have a few best friends who “get” each other. I’m rarely lonely,but when loneliness comes, I don’t push it away. I look for the lessons in it. Usually, I write poetry to better know myself and what I’m going through and why.😊
Pain is necessary, however, suffering is optional. We only suffer when we don't pay attention to what our Soul is wanting us to become consciously aware of. That is the source of the pain we are experiencing. It's only when we don't pay attention to what our Soul is trying to get us in touch with that we suffer. SUFFERING IS OPTIONAL!!!

I've been on a spiritual journey for only a shirt period of time. Spending time, in the shadows, the shadow tasking you might say is still uncovering many false truths. About myself and people I have meant in my life so far.
The journey is incredibly difficult and a path that is taking its toll on a heavy heart.
This truly spoke to my heart and soul and gave me an insight to what is due in the course of my self discovery and not overcome by egotistical thoughts, and behaviours.

I could've done with this about 3 years ago. It was a painful process I found, very lonely but I passed through it. I found I was going to and fro, from old ne to new me. I am 24, recovering after 11 years, I am a new mom, new wife. I met my husband 5 years ago when I was a mess, deep into addiction nursing trauma, and self-harming. a few years later we met a second time. I was on the road of sobriety and my feelings. but i was stuck and filled with hatred. I wondered why, and I had a lot of time to heal part of toxic negative traits. Realizing how many things were suppressed. I am still stepping into shadow work, and i am learning to unlearn taught negative traits, by loving my self and my loved ones everyday. I am learning to let go and forgive. we are blessed to see another day, to be around the people or things we love. I remember I am here to love and bring light. I want to tell you how much I appreciate what you are doing/have done. I can't convey how much this has resignated with me and how deeply comforting it was to hear you explain so many things that I knew but didn't know, had learned but didn't remember or realized I only learned part of, or not at all, etc... you reminded me of what it is I am supposed to be doing with my life. Life is a journey and naieve we are along the way. This naievety keeps an innocence to us and a forever learning journey of life ( if we choose to let it). Always evolving. I thought I was better/more evolved... an enlightened person who was absolute in thought and action. Allowing that stability of thought and dedication to act, made others look to me for answers. Which I obliged. All the way up until I got knocked off my enlightened high horse and literally became everything I turned my nose up to and judged as lower than... although I wasn't aware that I was judging others ( I was). I went from being an elite (for lack of a better word) to a deginerate nobody (also for lack of better words ...). My life has done a 180° backwards summersault and then again and again it seems. I went from knowing what to do, say, and everything in between, to knowing nothing. To the point of being called stupid and ignorant, literally. I graduated from college and walked summa cum laude. I'm no idiot. But in those moments I was and couldn't argue to the contrary. Doubt was reinforced with these types of situations and I spiralled down and down. Honestly I'm still spiraling down. Grasping for something, I don't even know what it is.. .. your words brought tears to my eyes. Both of joy and of sorrow. It's amazing how cleansing those types of tears are. Even that little bit washed enough of what I've been allowing to blind me away to be able to feel some small hope for the future, for me, for me in that future. Thank you. You gave me one of the most precious gifts a human can give, hope. Which can't be given without love behind it, supporting it, encouraging it on. So thank you for the love you put into this and the hope it has given me. I love you too.
Back in 1989 I went into 8 panic attacks a day after a trauma.Then I fell into a deep depression and in my despair one night I cried out from my soul. " I WAT TO GO HOME !! " 3x and it surprised me and then the illness brokeaway. We are not alone in the universe and this is not our home.I joined the journey yesterday after resisting for years. Time to put on my spacesuit and learn about channeling and the universe as a truth teller psychic.

I’m 60 years old now and have been going through the dark night of the soul for a little while now. It’s not depression (I’ve had that before), it is very different. It’s like a cup that through the years I’ve filled with useless addictions and obsessions. Useless, very useless things. After a few recent life changing events (including a death in the family and a car accident) I feel I find my cup empty. The old habits, faith in religion, and dependence on addiction has fallen away. I now am letting the universe fill my cup, in it’s own time. Patience, time, and letting the flow happen without fighting is the path to take. I must go through it to get past it.

I am an empath. I work in sheltered housing as one of two managers. Many tenants confide in me that they walk a spiritual path but do not want others to know. I tell them other tenants believe too. Usually we talk about angels. For awhile i played a peace meditation. At first 6/7 would come but gradually one by one they stopped coming. But they still come and ask me privately. My advise to you is to ask angels/god/source to put you in touch with like minded people. ❤️ 🙏

You only suffer to the level of your own resistance. We are already spiritual beings in a human form which is taking part in the human experience. This human experience allows our spiritual form to experience things that cannot be experienced in spiritual form. Therefore our suffering is our resistance to letting go and being the most human that we can be for as long as our human life allows us to be. Being human is our ‘Hamlet moment’, so our human-ness is being the best Hamlet that we are capable of becoming.
I have a similar outlook. People think I'm crazy for choosing to suffer maybe they're right, but I'm just soaking up this whole human thing.

I am 34 years old but in my soul I feel like …very old ! I feel my soul is always living in between afterlife and this earth .. but to be fair I love where I am : I am committed to my higher self and I just want to continue evolving on my spiritual journey .
