- "Hello, H.W. here" taking a look at the Keeley D&M Drive. It's the namesake overdrive of Dan and Mick over at "That pedal show" and it is a standout in the double overdrive pedal world. H.W. recognizes that the two sides may have similar roots to a couple of old Tone Junkie favorites, but still feature some new That Pedal Show and Robert Keeley magic.
Great review. Just waiting to take delivery of a D & M - and your video has upped my sense of anticipation! Particularly appreciate how you went through different settings and offered your thoughts on them.
H. W. !!! I spy that Minstrel back on the window sill. Pretty please can that be a near future demo?! So few demos of that beauty. None with your quality except Simon himself.
Either way, keep rocking my man! Very much appreciate your work here.
You got it man! I also have a Kingsley Jouster both are on the list. I have a couple PRS guitar reviews we are working on now, but I'll do the Kingsley stuff right after. Probably second half of next week.
Thanks for the support, means the world to me.

I subscribed soley based upon your guitar faces, just kidding you play exceptionally well, you sold me on the D and M drive. Thank you sir!
The Phil McKnight stare
haha
Mine hasnt left my board since i bought it. Awesome pedal!
Nice strat.
Re. the Dan side: I can make it sound very much like my '85 Rat. The high end sizzle is right there and the gain range is about the same. Dan has a lot more volume on tap, though…nice to have.
To me the Mick side is part Tube Screamer, part Klon(e). Doesn't have the note attack clarity of my Archer Ikon but isn't as bass light as the TSes I've used.
Overall I like it a lot. Sounds real good, lets you cut through a mix when needed.
Great demo. Thank you.
Did he just demo a pedal into a kemper… surely we need to hear it straight into a tube amp? 🤷🏻♂️
I really like how you clearly show the control positions as you experiment; a lot of videos aren't clear in that manner.
love it great play
Thanks Robert
I have that...Mick's side sounds almost like a TS9 while Dan's side sounds like my old Drive Master, ie, a beautiful distortion...togheter, mainly Mick's side before...wow !!!
If I had a prince of tone, would this pedal complete my needs drive wise?
Great sounds
love it
Love your play style man....great chops and great tones! Will certainly subscribe and check our more videos. Thanks
Please do a review of the Classic Pro!
Will do!
How do you compare to the Jester ?
Nice demo, nice sounds. Could you please tell me what cab you are using with the Kemper ?
Thanks! It's a Friedman ASM 12.
Thanks.
Good demo, but did you really need that delay on for a drive demo? I totally get a bit of reverb, and the Kemper sounds great... but I feel that the delay was completely unnecessary.
Delay not necessary? Are you high?
I'm gonna say Mick's side, Tubescreamer/Klon. Dan's side, Prince of Tone/OCD.
Great vid just wished you would have flipped the switch in the middle to push both sides into each other...
Haha, oh yeah i forgot about that, I liked the Mick into the Dan.
Mick's side sounds Tube Screamer to me, and Dan's side sounds like a Blues Driver.
operatingnurse Isis the the blues driver a 'version' of tube screamer? I think it's more OCD voiced
Stuart Begley the Blues Driver is a full frequency overdrive, and not a mid-hump Tube Screamer.
Analog pedal into a digital profiler. Do you think that the pedals hit that first 12AX7 gain stage the same? No💡
Tumulus Deluxe or........... D&M???
Mark Tumnus Deluxe has active 3 band EQ :) love mine
Good stuff man! I'm a big Kemper fan and I love your pedals reviews through it! Please if you have time, check out some of my videos... I like to use KPA + fuzzes and overdrives! Keep up the good work man!
Subbed to your channel bro, thanks for the support!
ToneJunkie TV thanks a lot!! Lets stay in touch... 😃👍
compressor in?
into Kemper?
what r ya trying to demo...tone suck?
You lost me at kemper
Especially with Morgan amps and Suhrs behind him
