I’ve been doing this meditation sporadically since this video was uploaded. For some reason, I started crying today as I did it. Thank you for helping me get back in touch with my emotional needs.

You were releasing catharsis , whenever you do such breathing exercises , you are cleansing from within ,you are catharting, and catharsis mostly happens through crying .

I meditate most mornings and this is a game changer! I tried it out this morning on a rainy stormy day after a day of drinking and I felt so much better and less anxious about the toxins I put in my body last night. Plus it’s easy to just open up and go on with your day after!

When I began my first 10 inhales my left leg got goose bumps! Since I've started my meds a few years ago, I never get goose bumps anymore. I'm giving this a go for a month. Thanks for explaining why this may work and great and easy to do!

Really struggling at the moment with my hormones as I'm in Perimenopause, just practised this and genuinely feel better than I have all day. I will try and incorporate this practice into my mornings before work as I tend to be worse first thing when I get up. The fact its only 3 minutes is super helpful as well. Thank you xx

I think I'm in perimenopause and my cycle has been so irregular, I'm really hopeful that this will help balance things. I'm doing my yoga teacher training this year and I plan on doing a lot more meditation than my teacher did. Looking back it's the only thing I do different in my home practice. I'm so excited about it and glad that there's amazing teachers like you that I can learn from, love and light 🙏🧘‍♀️💕

    Lyrics of Audio
    Pavan guru paanee pitaa
    Maataa dharat mahat
    Divas raat du-i daa-ee dayaa
    Khaylai sakal jagat
Wind is the teacher, Water is the father, and Earth is the great mother.
Day and night are the two kind nurturers, and (the world) plays under them..
    Changi-aaiaa Buri-aaiaa
    Vaachayi dharam hadoor
Karmee aapo aapanee kay neday kay door
The record of good and bad deeds is read out In presence of the Lord of Dharma.According to their own deeds, some draw closer, some are driven away.
    Jinee naam dhiaaiyaa
    Gey masakat ghaal
    Nanak tay mukh ujalay
    Kaytee chhootee naal
Those who have meditated on the Name of the Lord,
And departed after having worked by the sweat of their brow,O Nanak, their faces are radiant (when in God's court)And many others are saved along with them.😇

    • @theyogidoodle
      @theyogidoodle 5 лет назад +2

Each nostril is connected the opposite hemisphere of the brain - the body + brain works ipsilaterally. It's scientifically proven that breathing through alternate nostrils will affect different parts of the brain which in turn affects the nervous system as well as endocrine system (our hormones). Our bodies are much more intricate and powerful than we are normally taught....
