- [Stereo] The latter-day lineup perform on late night USTV, with a bit of help from the house band.... all crowded together on the small stage. No problem for these veterans of the roadhouses.

Lots of energy. An amazing performance by all; especially Levon, Rick and Garth. The horns added to the sound. Awesome!
What a great performance! This is a treausure. This song is one of my favorites from The Band, the particular rhythm and the horn section brings such a unique blend I haven't seen anywhere else. Lol I'm not a music critic, words fail me, but as Robbie said, it's the "gumbo spice" that does it.
That was actually a Kick-Ass performance by the boys! Levon sounded amazing and Rick was playing with more energy than he did in his 20's!
Gotta say they still sound great as always. When I write music and I try to recreate the 60's and 70's vibe as into my music
What a performance..! Levon is the man!
This is how it's done kids
You got that right. No computers. REAL talent.
This is a Bob Dylan masterpiece custom made for The Band an Americana consortium of bold musicians. Conan presents them with Love! Jericho was a fantastic project with amazing tunes! To have followed this group from it’s beginnings is to have been lucky to have been alive to witness their stuff! Perfect name for them: The Band!!!
Life Is a Carnival was written by Robbie, Levon and Rick.
Max and the seven playing along. This is just divine.
Anything on the radio can't hold and everything was raw and who knew how to play
So good
A masterpiece composition by Bob Dylan and who better to perform it than The Band. This is custom made for this Americana consortium of bold musicians! Jericho was a glorious cd
with amazing tunes! Conan presents them with love!
This song was written by Danko/Helm/Robertson though. Perhaps you were thinking about When I Paint My Masterpiece?
Rick Danko…..getting down and dirty
That’s right! You gotta love Rick Danko!
Righteous
Levon looks like he playing "Pin the Tail on the Donkey"
Levon does not see the kit, he feels it!
Great tune! Plus Conan looked a lot cooler with Sideburns!
Does anyone know why is Levon wearing those glasses? I mean, they don't look like normal ones 🤔
It's possible he'd had cataract surgery or something. Apparently didn't affect his playing!
I cannot understand why Robbie Robertson would not have wanted to join these guys.
who says it was robbie not wanting to join them? dont think it could be the other way around?
there comes a time, son
@@rylanstolar9749 no one knows but them, and even some of us don't know about our own lives, sir
Cause the other guys were gonna keep the royalties from ascap on this. And he couldn't stand the irony.
Its a restless age
I think the horns are too loud!
