This fast indoor walking workout is low impact and will keep you in the fat-burning zone while helping you achieve your daily step goal. This video is designed to be fun and challenge you. If any of the steps are too hard...simply march on the spot or step touch it out. My goal is to keep our feet moving for the duration of the workout. Burn calories from the comfort of your own home while keeping this workout low impact. This workout was super fun to do and I hope you enjoy it. Hi Caroline! I love this workout. I’m a new nurse going through orientation, it’s been making my stress/anxiety really flare up. But I’ve been doing this video after my shifts and it’s so helpful. It uplifts my mood and I love knowing I’m taking care of my physical health despite being so anxious. Thank you for all you do!

Your workouts are my chosen form of exercise. Living in an apartment doesn't give you much room for workout equipment and I get everything from your workouts. Love that its for all levels of fitness and always gets me ready for things like bear crawls, pushups, birdbogs / dead birds etc, and afterward as well. Helps the sore muscles easy back to normality. Thank you for doing these, you've been a real life saver.

I do this workout twice, one without weights and then I add in weights for the second round! I am loving it, please add more of these workouts

I've been doing two work outs daily and my legs hurt a little lol i'm going to go on a long walk and get back into it later this afternoon :) I actually feel kind of guilty if i don't work out
oops I told a fib, I took Sunday off and will make that my zero day and have a little extra snack like banana and yogurt :) I gave up chips, pop and junk food - except for sunflower seeds
Wish I could listen to music but I'm chromecasting to my TV and to my knowledge I can't stream this video and listen to music through RUclips at the same time.
