I absolutely love this workout! It’s my go to to really feel like I’m really moving my entire body powerfully. If you’re travelling and do not have access to hand weights (like me right now), use a 6.5 litre bottle of water from the supermarket. It’s very effective, far better than I thought it would be. I highly recommend it. You can’t do every single weight exercise but you can do 95% of them. 💫💪🏼

This was a whole lot of fun, loved it. Nice variety using the weights in so many ways, on the floor standing up. I am a fanatic about floor routines now. A year ago, my wife and I were doing chair and standing workouts. Late last year I started dipping my toes towards floor routines. I struggled with Pilates like roll-ups, frog sit-ups and things like that. I got serious with it though starting late January. Now I can do anything you have videos for on the floor, I can do the Pilates moves with ease so to speak, leg sculping, all of it. Not saying it's easy but doable because I have stronger abs, core strength now, low back pain I had is gone, hip's, "butt", glutes, hammys are all much stronger. Thanks Caroline. This new workout should be for all your viewers, even if they break it up into parts as their strength builds. Throw in a Diabetes 15 min work with this and you'll have a nice full hour of fun and feel great. FYI: my YT name "L" for Laslo is a silly acct I setup for a home movie video from a long time ago. I only recently discovered your channel from a friend, but I truly adored this and the other workouts I've tried so far. I have been mainly running since the beginning of COVID and my other muscles have felt very neglected. thank you! love the cardio and strenght combos....but this one was not as challenging as the prior ones where you repeat the seqence 3 times in a row. When i do the repeated circuits on the same exercises, its so challenging and i feel the strenght gains by fatiguing the muscles. My favorite is the one with the band and its like 45min, I also like the one that is 30min where you repeat lunges, sqauts rows and pushups 3 time. I hope the feedback helps. I am just grateful for your channel as i rebuild my body after many injuries and getting bone density back.....thanks!

Such a good workout! This is my 3rd time going through it and I'm always surprised by how much it gets my back - mid and lower - when I'm doing the leg portion holding weights (10 lb). Would you guess that means my form is off? Or is it typical to feel that in your back as well as your glutes?
a few thoughts - it could be so many things but some things that come to mind are 1. is your core engaged when you are moving?are you bracing from your core? 2. are you hinging from your back and not your hips? 3. What does the rest of your movement programming look like? 4. What does your lifestyle look like? are you sitting often for work? how is your posture? 5. what does your warm up look like? gosh lots of things could be the culprit here but those are a few to start.
@@CarolineJordan thanks so much for your response! Gauging from that, I guess these are not exercises I should feel in my back? I do try to be really mindful of engaging my core - I've been working with a PT on just that - but maybe I should get a mirror and see what it actually looks like.
@@elissachasen2528 your back is a stabilizer so you will feel it supporting you but it shouldn't be the primary mover if that makes sense. Instead of getting a mirror, really slow down the movement and focus on where you are moving from and what muscles you feel engaging.
This is the first time I have completed this workout with an 8lb medicine ball. When I first started out, it was difficult without using weights. I feel so accomplished 😊. Many times during your workouts I push myself and ask Jesus to help me push through ❤ ; God's love never fails!

What does your lifestyle look like? are you sitting often for work? how is your posture? 5. what does your warm up look like? gosh lots of things could be the culprit here but those are a few to start.
@@CarolineJordan thanks so much for your response! Gauging from that, I guess these are not exercises I should feel in my back? I do try to be really mindful of engaging my core - I've been working with a PT on just that - but maybe I should get a mirror and see what it actually looks like.
@@elissachasen2528 your back is a stabilizer so you will feel it supporting you but it shouldn't be the primary mover if that makes sense. Instead of getting a mirror, really slow down the movement and focus on where you are moving from and what muscles you feel engaging.

This is the first time I have completed this workout with an 8lb medicine ball. When I first started out, it was difficult without using weights.
