    Agar property 50 lakh main li , Per ab 5 saal ke baad uska sirf 20 lakh hi aa raha hain to , property loss kitna government degi ,
    Government profit main aa jati hain per loss main bhi Paisa Dena cahiye , Yehi baad share market main hota hain , 90 percent log loss karte hain , aur jo 10 percent profit karte Hain unse carodo ka tax vasulti hain sarkar

    If I file my ITR on 1-Jul and sell my house on 31-Jul.. and buy a house prior filing the next ITR.
    In this case no need to transfer amount in Capital gain account and capital gain is also exempted

    1. As per law for construction is 3 years. But im not constructing, flat is under construction by Godrej whose possession will be after 3 years. So can i claim tax exemption on agreement copy by paying capital gain amount as advance payment to Godrej?
    2. Can I sell two properties and purchase two properties with capital gain less than 2cr?
    3. Will i be able to get tax exemptions as Co-owner? If Yes how much amount contribution is expected from me as co-owner?

    Sir, all capital gain amount invested in new under-construction flat, complete amount paid to builder within two years from the date of property sale.But possession in agreement was within two years after selling house,now it is delayed, is it ok if all capital gain amount is paid to builder within two yrs, but possession is after 3 yrs??

    I (Akil) had two index2 properties purchased worth
    1. 6.50Lac on 5-Aug-2005 and
    2. 6Lac on 5-Aug-2005 which i sold for 35.50Lac and 35.50Lac on 9Jun2022.
    Now to save tax i have (reinvested) purchased 2 properties worth
    1. 56Lac under co-owner primary Zahid (son) + myself (Akil) on 31Dec2022
    2. 44Lac primary Akil(Myself) + Amreen (Daughter) on 17Feb2023
    Will i be able to get tax exemptions as Co-owner? If Yes how much amount contribution is expected from me(Akil) as co-owner.

    We are thinking about selling our property and relocating to a different city in India, Is it better to first relocate and then do all the tasks like calculating the LTCG, putting the sale proceeds in Capital Gain Account , investing in tax exemption bonds etc OR the other way around?

    I purchased a plot in 2004 for 5 lac and sold it in 2022 for 26 lac ,then I purchased a flat in 2023 for 41 lac , whether my capital gain will be exempt as I m not going to sell this flat in next 5 years.On thing I want to know which date will be counted for calculation as I paid in installments from 1998 and registry was done in 2004. Secondly as I sold a plot in 2022 and I purchased a flat now in 2023 whether capital gain will be adjusted in this case.

    Main Mera Jamin ka deal chal Raha hai , kya maii payment 31 St March ke bad lelu . Jiske waje se mai wahi Paisa Jamin mai invest kar sakta hu . Agar main 31 St March ke pehle property bech dunga to kya mujhe 31 St March ke pehle he tax bharna padega

    If I invest in 54ec bonds after 10 months but before date of filing itr will it be still valid for exemption? The bond seller says if you can purchase 54ec bonds before itr filing it is given consideration though rule is 6 months. Can you advise?

    I am a 70 years old senior citizen.I have purchased 6 decimals of land in the year 1990 by Rs.45,000.Now I want sell the plot for typical financial crisis. The customer will pay me hardly 5 lakhs.But the circle rate of the plot is now 25 lakhs. Nobody wants to pay more than 5 lakhs for that plot. I am agreed to sale for Rs.5 lakhs. But if I sell it at 5 lakhs, the full amount I will have to pay as capital gain tax. How can I sell the plot so that the money I can use for my personal use? Please give your kind suggestion.

    As per sec 54 we have option to have two residential property not u mentioned one. I sold my house property with jt.venture with a builder to construct 6 flats each 3 flat.I will retain two and ask the builder to sell the third flat.I seek yr kind advise whether I can make sett.one flat to my wife without consideration.Is it treated as sale.pl advise

    Hi Sir, I purchased a house in January 2013 for Rs. 30 Lacs, and sold in March 2022 for Rs 70 Lacs. Total Capital Gain was around Rs 22 Lacs after indexation. I planned to buy another house, so deposited the money in Bank under Capital Gain account scheme. Now, I couldn't buy another house even after two years till July 2024.
    Do I need to pay capital gain tax now (July 2024) while filling ITR?
    or Do I need to pay tax after withdrawal of Capital gain money from Bank?
    Please guide, Thank You in advance

In Raja's example, when you calculate capital gains calculation after indexation etc.. it was 5 laks.. it has to be paid in full or minus the 2.5laks slab? question 2 - how much cost of improvement can be shown? and quest 3 - last date to pay the caps gain tax? shop sold on 31 march 2022 for example? thanks agan for ur guidance

    Kindly advise the scenario when property being sold by senior citizen after keeping it for 15-16 years. Any different rule?
    Also, what if that senior citizen is house wife, and have not filed IT Return ever. So, does she have to file IT return for the financial year when she has sold the property?
    Similarly, if she buys another property in the same financial year, does she has to file IT return?
    Can two properties be purchased after selling one property? Will it be exempted from capital gain?

    I booked a flat in Sep’14 and paid via multiple EMIs within a duration of 2014-2021.
    I did not took a home loan as the builder was a known friend.
    The last EMI was paid in 2021 but now I would sell that flat in May’23.
    Please suggest which year should be considered as the base year to calculate the CII and LTCG ?
    Should it be 2014 or 2021 as the CII value for both years are different.
    Flat’s registery is not done and I’m reselling the property.
