The Supervisor's Companion is written for the up and coming manager -- people new to or lightly trained in how to manage work teams. It is a down to earth book with illustrative, true stories and a bit of humor. The topics are easily arranged for quick reference. The emphasis of this book is how to help employees succeed - after all if the staff succeeds everyone succeeds. Give it a try.
