I recommend that you start by taking action on your plan. If you want to build a business, start there and begin reading the startup-related books that seem most relevant. Branch into the other categories as they come up... marketing is another critical one early on, and strategy can be quite useful as well. The key idea is to start on something and read what is most helpful at the time, rather than just reading all the books before starting.
You get paid in direct proportion to the amount of people you help. If you want to be rich you have to help people. The more you help the richer you'll be. Focus on loving every human as family. And find your passion. Like writing, sports, or something you love to do. Master it. Then get paid to do that. Do not pick a job for the money pick it for the love and joy happiness you'll feel everyday. And lastly... Learn and grow everyday. Read secrets of the millionaire mind and think and grow rich first. Then you could read the boring business books. Good luck kid and God bless you. You're way ahead of most people and you're only 15. You'll have everything you want for sure. You're a superhero.

Yes, reading is a great way to learn and grow. Not only will books provide you with helpful advice and best practices, but they can also spur new ways of thinking about business ideas. So long as you find well-rated and relevant books, you can't really go wrong in my opinion.

It is really hard for me and every time i got idea i question my self, it is really help people, make better/easy than before, or it is really needed. Then use the ideas from The Mom Test or The Lean Startup to find ways to validate your idea through early customer conversations or a minimum viable product.
I don't really know any books that are specific to that business, but I suspect many are applicable depending on the challenge or opportunity you are dealing with. Do you have a goal or issue you are trying to address?

Surprised "Scaling Up" by Verne Harnish and "Top Grading" by Bradford D. Smart, Ph.D didn't make the list.
