I found Cialdini very clear and calm! I believe the man has a transcendence for the human behavior, it's such a pleasure to listen to this guy. My only advice is for the interviewer: I really don't know what do you think you are doing with the camera but, everything - eyes, smile, even the way you speak - seems to be a construction that, and I say this kindly, no one will ever buy. This construction makes you appear as (forgive me) a psychopathe or something... I detect a very huge fear as I see such energy wasted in showing this construction, this mask. You may dig a little bit with someone to resolver this. I mean once a week I go myself to talk with a psicologist, since I discovered it feels really good to share what I consider the unsharable shit I got upstairs... If I'm wrong, just ignore me! Anyway your questions were interesting and pernitent! I wish you the best.
