Black Widow in Iron Man 2 and The Avengers could beat a ton of guys and even aliens with little effort. Batman isn't realistic either. Grounded in realism only makes you able to relate to the character more, but it doesn't make him realistic. Though, not saying that Nolan's Batman is bad or anything here, of course.

man i am waiting for this film for 4 years , i was so excited about all the trailers and tv spots looked amazing. i saw this and thought its a batman film, why is catwoman working with bat? takes away that suspense that batman is a lone wolf. well i only hope for the best but this was not my cup of tea.
You don't have a clue what a campy depiction is then. Maybe this will help, Adam West's version of Batman on TV in the 60s = camp, Nolan's version, uh no, this is a hard boiled, gritty adaptation of the canonical caped crusader.

Mark Hamill and Kevin Conroy are the most overrated actors of all time. Why? Because no one ever insults them. I've heard tons of criticism on Bale and Ledger (yes moreso than Hamill) but none of the VAs. Truth it, its all NOSTALGIA. The only reason people are so adamant about them is NOSTALGIA. Bale and Ledger are the true Batman and Joker to me always. Bane wasn't represented well at all in TAS so that role shall be secured by Tom Hardy as well
