The greatest musician of all time ❤
The G.O.A.T. Funkiest brother ever! James popularized funk. George Clinton synthesized funk. Prince revolutionized funk.
I saw Prince 4 times every time was awesome the whole audience dances
Last one i saw him at was in Omaha. went from 7-to almost 1AM. He didn't like the opening band so he came out about 7pm and did acoustic for an hour or so
Thats great...No intention to out do, but i saw him 17 times. Partying with Prince at Paisley and having my now 18 year old daughter see him play live were bucket list items i will never complete. Part of me died when Prince went away. I still cry and have to have the right vibe to play the 100's of thousands of songs I got. damn i miss him. RIP Prince Loveoneanother
THERE WELL NEVER B ANOTHER N THIS LIFETIME........... A ONE N A LIFETIME XPERIENCE
That 7 minute dance move was prince taking out a record from the sleeve putting it on the turntable then putting it back in the sleeve and back on the shelf.Peep it again.
Nice review. I WAS there. This was filmed both in Europe & Paisley. Your metaphor analogy is interesting but the truth is (as far as I know) that Prince was in L.A. when an earthquake hit & that inspired him to pen the tune! Drum break is among the fonkiest/nastiest ever!
Yes, that was my understanding too of what inspired Housequake, it was recorded because of an LA earthquake that he experienced.
Also, I heard that the SIGN O’ THE TIMES concert movie was recorded from different concerts in Europe and mixed with additional footage shot at the Paisley Park Studios. Great content, gentlemen! Thank you.🙏🏾
Hmm okay so we heard another story on why this song came about. We heard that it was about the breakup of the revolution. The changes, the cracks in the band. The band broke up in 1986 and the album came out in 1987....
@@RandDProject-bs2rp Well, he is an artist so I could be about more than one thing. U can look up the story of Prince in LA as I’m sure U will hear someone say, “the band was breaking up, so Prince…” It’s all Kool….and the gang, of course!✊🏾🔥
Yall aint got no idea how nice it was to do this video reaction. Love love this brotha. We are going to continue to bring you more of what you need.

The video footage is from the soundstage. The audio is from the tour earlier in the year in Rotterdam.
the audio and video are a mix of the ahoy show and paisley park
This is from The Sign O The Times concert movie filmed at Paisley Park
Hell and we thought we were in the know...I didn't know that🤔😀
Loved this reaction! 💜💜💜
Appreciate that. We are striving to get better. Sometimes I think we are a hot mess. We got beat up on comments that we talk to damn much through the video.... 😀
@@RandDProject-bs2rp I never understand people complaining about too much talking. You’re REACTING to the music/performance/video!! If they don’t want interruptions, go watch the original video on its own. So weird to me. I appreciated your comments and love hearing different perspectives and insight about Prince. I could talk about him all day 😂
I was there in Paris

Also the best after shows ever by any artist ever
HOUSEQUAKE came from the 1st time in LA and he experienced a Earthquake per Lisa an Wendy
The live version of HOUSEQUAKE from the SOTT film is so much better than the album version. More funky and with real horns and a full real band rather than Prince's limited one man band approach.
Agreed
You wanna hear some cool Shiela E., listen to Alexa de Paris. She's playing drums on that. Crazy stuff.
Nah, I'm sticking with "Look at the park, you saw the geo, ladies."

Sign of the Times was a masterpiece! It was the weakest track, imo but what a great album!
My least favourite Prince tune, after Let’s Go Crazy. Utter dogschitt.
Careful now. Millions love this song. Just say you don't like it because there is nothing shitty about the song.
@@dbenders1 I can say what I want.
