P0tat07 Apple has a new Battery stacking technology and has also improved the housing around the battery. This will allow them to fit significantly more battery into a thinner phone. The A14 will also be even more power efficient than the A13, quite a bit more actually, and the rumours say the iPhone 12 Pro Max will probably also be a bit taller than the 11 Pro Max. All this combined probably means the battery will be just fine in the iPhone 12 series and battery life will probably increase.

I feel like Apple has no choice but to release more models to compete with samsungs S series 3models, note series 3 models. And now their Lite series which offer amazing design/specs for lower price basically an affordable flagship. So now apple has to try and cater to everyone's price range to seem more appealing versus competitors. But that could also end up hurting them will be curious to see how it works out.

While a decade ago TOF sensor equipped cameras were extremely expensive and only exclusively used by commercial industries like film, game and 3D animation studios while now it’s available in your pocket so it could literally allow you as an indie game developer or animator to create assets for your project just by scanning rooms and objects with your IPhone and then uploading those models to your PC! :)

Apple is unlikely to be putting out a phone with 4 cameras already. The three cameras are technically 'new'

I saved a lot of money not switching to any apple’s previous phones. I have a iPhone 6s Plus and I’m not planning to switch. If I can call and browse videos I’m good. When my phone no longer works I’ll perhaps switch to something not to expensive.

They are. It’ll be thinner and taller with an increase battery circuitry which will allow them to spread the battery stacks in the phone and we will be a much better battery life on the iPhone 12 Pro Max but also thinner

I hate thin phones specially IPhone. I just bought the iPhone 11 black, and that phone is perfect, it is not too thin and not too thick. And having 2 cameras is perfectly fine. And it has the perfect amount of colors. I just think that the 2020 models is too much. And that the frame of the phone is going to be like the iPhone 5 or 4 is just stupid. I like the phones from 2019 and I think I am going to stick with that no matter what other people thinks or do. 🙈

The midnight green for the iPhone 11 Pro is the first real new color they've had for the iPhone in a "premium" which is the one I got this time around. Curious to see if there is more than that rumored navy blue color from the video. I'll probably get that navy blue when I upgrade again this year.

There is still a place for the iPhone 9. The LCD display would be key for companies that use static applications for long periods of time. OLED devices are not good for utility purposes. A13 and 3GB of RAM gives longevity to devices. So very good move Apple.

The 11 being a mid size offering is the right move, people who want to pay less for a phone are attracted by a larger display. Small phones are a niche product, meaning it would cost them more to produce a larger quantity of something fewer people want. I prefer smaller phones but I’d still feel cheated if apple removes features in a smaller phone, it then becomes too much of a drawback.

YISTECH I know, but I just don’t think that Apple would put the 120 hertz in the standard iPhone 12, as they want more people to choose the 12 Pro or Pro Max. Still a possibility though.
I like it when iphone has only one camera. Its been quite long since there are number of cameras on the iphone but I probably will not ever get used to those huge cameras.

I don’t really understand why people care about the design of the iPhone 9 so much, but that is just me. I don’t really care how it will look, as long as it works. Also, I think it would be a very good thing if Apple decreased the size of the notch, but they were most definitely not wrong about FaceID, it continues to be more secure than Tuch ID.

I don't think iPhone 9 has much potential because its using a decade old design with last years hardware and not to mention average display. $400 for camera and performance? By the time it launches, iPhone 11 will be priced around $500. And paired with latest iPhone design, bigger better display, better security, more cameras, better build material etc it makes way more sense to spend $100 more and get the iPhone 11 instead. Also don't forget naming plays a huge part, I mean its 9 vs 11 from last year. A normal person who doesn't keep up with tech will surely think the iPhone 9 is 2 years older than the iPhone 11.
While the iPhone SE-2 design is old, i suspect for many it is iconic; and, a tried and true shape. Like you, however, I am looking forward to a 'new' iPhone 12 design hailing back to the looks of the iPhone 4 style. Looks elegant & is easy to hold. 🙂

The notch would bother me if it was there for just a camera and the speaker, but since it's hiding the FaceID sensor(s) as well, I don't care. Plus, I don't even notice it at this point. Sure, I want no notch, but It's never been a deal-breaker for me like it is for so many. 120hz is great, but current tech has proven that it sucks the battery pretty quickly. Apple needs to figure out a way to reduce or eliminate that before moving to it IMO. Whether that's throttling it as you laid out or something else.
