Thanks. Getting code p059f active Grille shutters stuck off. Do you think I need a new actuator or a new grille? I guess either way I need to take it apart and see if I can see anything. Thanks for the good video.

Thanks for watching 👍, check for dirt and debris at the shutter, it is pretty common, you might as well replace it

I replace the shutter assembly that came with a new motor. Cleared all the codes. Now I'm getting another code lost communication with Grille shutter. Does the PCM have to be reflashed when you replace the Grille shutter assembly? U0824 code

I don't think it is related to that, once you replace the shutter you should be good did you try to clear those codes

No that wouldn't be a symptom, more like check engine light or overheating if stuck close
