Krampus k I remember watching my friends mum cutting the veg and watching m y mum cutting the veg it's crazy diffrent. My favourite was curry goat rice peas👊
I learned how to do it years ago after watching him do it. You will learn a lot about your blade. Want to not cry cutting onions? Don't push through the onion use the knife to slice it by using backward movement, and use a sharp knife.
He doesn't know how to remove lobster tail from the shell either.
The rate that that man and his family works ... I'm not surprised if calloused skin would've been the benefactor.

I love how humble Mokko is, he barely mentions the level of skill needed to process a small lobster in slow motion. I joke, this was great and I'm just jealous I can't afford lobster

Twice - cooked lobster -- as the tropical species of Crayfish are as tough as old boots....unlike cold water crayfish. Lobster is the one with big claws out front ; Crayfish are what are found in all tropical zone.

I’m not a Rasta nor am I a chef but I live in S FL and we catch a lot of Caribbean lobster. It seems like the longer you cook them, the tougher they are to chew. It looked like Mokko boiled the daylights out of that lobster. I wish I was there to eat his cooking, he might know some things I don’t about eating lobster.
