@@caribbeanman3379 worked a vegan kitchen. Used tofu for scrambled eggs. turmeric turned them yellow. Other spice blend too. But tofu is tofu eggs eggs and ackee ackee. This business is more about looks than taste. Rice and gungo peas, try them straight.
