This is phenomenal, Nanaaba! It reminds me of Bangladeshi fish called bhurta.
WOW. Definitely want to do this! Im from Dominican republic, and we do something called mangu, which is similar, but nowhere near as flavorful as this :0 mangu can be filling but bland. I really want to try this. Just gotta figure out how to get the equivalent of palm oil like that
Thank you and I hope you try it soon 🙏🏼💕

V.good and delicious and fast thumbs up beautiful presentation my mouth is watering again. Question can you use any kind of fish.Keep these recipes coming fenomenal. 🤩😍💗💚😻👌👌👍👍👍👍
Thank you so much 🙏🏼🥰
Nope, it taste better with a roast crunchy of a salted fish.
🙌🏾💓🙌🏾💓
Hii
How do one know the riped, almost riped and unriped plantains are ok for a balanced Etor?
We cook that in Cameroun but with no egg or avocado.
Pls can I add tomatoes when grinding?
Please explain the cured fish ingredient. Is this a separate recipe? Thank you.
I love this, can I use only unripe plantain for this dish?
Yes, although it won’t have the sweetness, which is what makes the dish 🙏🏼
@@NanaabasKitchen alright. Thanks
Looks like a all day job but I know it's going to taste great😀
Cook and prep time did not exceed 1 hour. Seriously 🙏🏼
👍🥀🥀
Mmm yum 😋... am I invited?
Yes of course 🥰
Can you make this without the fish?
Great. So the coalpot was brought from Ghana? You cooks don't joke at all.
