Thanks for responding to this Scribus video. Although the goal of this video is to be fast-as it's title suggests- you should have full control of the video playback speed provided by the RUclips video controls. You should be able to speed it up or slow it down quite significantly.
You should have the ability to select 'Settings' (usually from the bottom right of the video), then select 'Playback Speed' and then adjust the speed to you liking.
