Thanks that explained a lot but there is a bug in the config\my config maybe you could do a video on how to configure the tools correctly on each platform Mac Win Linux?
Unfortunately, no. At the moment we don't have a full magazine template. We just have the magazine cover templates at the moment. What type of magazine template are you looking for? Sales catalog, fashion, sports, or something else.
This is a difficult one question as Latex does work in Scribus. You may want to verify that you have 'pdflatex' installed on your system and that it has been added to your system's PATH? Additionally, you may want to ensure you have the correct Latex command line...command...configured property in Scribus under Preferences, External Tools, and Render Frames.
We are glad you where able to figure it out and thanks for responding to this thread with the resolution. We are sure it will help others that have been in your situation.@@agustinbarcos2342
@@agustinbarcos2342 This woked for me, cannot thank you enough! On windows 11, after finaly establishing I needed to install TexLive (and then still floundering untill I restated scribus) all I acheived was a render frame with a red cross - one step up from just an error messge I suppose. Never would have guesed I was lacking another program.
Well that's unfortunate. Most of the video examples are done using Linux, and a few have been done on Windows 10. We have not had an opportunity to determine issues or caveats related to using Scribus on the Window 11 operating system. Could you provide more details as to what you are experiencing so that others with a similar issues might understand what does and does not work on Windows 11. Additionally you could head over to www.scribus.net/ and submit a bug report to the development team if you feel the software might be broken when running on Widows 11.
Amazing tutorial.
Am so interested in lilypond tutorial and graph tutorial if any .

Thanks, that's a great suggestion.
Thanks for this useful video. What is the name of that "handwriting" style font used for the maths equations? And how do I install or use it?
The font used in this video for math equations is the default font used by the Latex render frame.
Can you tell us what is Welding in Scribus
Welding in Scribus is similar to grouping. The difference is in your ability to resize welded elements individually.
Hello, do you a full magazine template made in scribus, that you could share with me

Hi, can anyone explain why latex doesn't work in Scribus? Is something related to temp folders, something with PDF, etc? I cant find an answer.
