I think what I love the most about Sam after watching him the past couple years is everything isn’t done at the same time everyday, but no matter what the shit gets done!
Love the mindset, Sam! A little soreness or sniffles doesn’t always mean calling it quits. Lowers the stress, but still keeps that pump alive. Keep pushing and inspiring us to stay dedicated even when the schedule or our bodies aren’t perfect!
I’m not a body builder. I enjoy running more but do lift weights to live a better life at 56. I had a heart attack about 4 years ago. It’s hard to stay motivated to just eat healthy every day even with all I been through. But your videos help me stay focused. Thanks ❤

Sam! You can’t get sick! Pick up some oil of oregano! Hold 10 drops under your tongue for 20 seconds. Put another dropper full in 1 oz of warm water with a pinch of sea salt and gargle with that! It REALLY sucks but it works! I have to do it after Olympia every year because I get super sick being around so many people 💪🏼😁
Hey Sam, homeowner here. If you go to your water heater there’s a knob with A, B, and C on it… that controls the output temperature of the water. If you switch it up 1 or 2 your baths should be so hot you’ll need a bath thermometer

Do you have access to your water heater in your apartment? If so and it’s a tankless/wall mount, they are pretty user friendly and should be able to bump the temp. Up to 125 easily, but I wouldn’t go past that. If it’s an old school tank, the temperature adjustment is near the bottom where the gas comes in (if gas) or one each under the metal plates if it’s electric. You can also try to pop the trim off your shower valve and back the adjustment screw all the way off which limits the temp at the spout/head.

I had really weird dreams and i stopped taking ashwagandha, now its more normal and i feel better after sleep. Felt like i was semi awake 24/7. Maybe i took to much but yea. Melatonin tho never did something bad only helped.
