The green bic razor I use salt scrub to exfoliate my legs first and then I get a good smooth shave with the razor.

Can you do a comparison video with the Schick hydro 5 sense vs Gillette Fusion proshield. As i would like to see which razor gives the better shave.
The Gillette, but the Schicks blade lasts longer in the long run.

Bic twin select is my favorite. Gillette sensor 2 plus Slalom is the Twin, I like it too.

So the gillette3 is as good as mach 3 in your overall opinion?
For the first few shaves. The Mach3 blades should last longer tho.
I’m weird I guess.. I feel like when the blade is dry it shaves better, I literally remove the foam and just leave my face a bit moist. Then shave. When the razor gets wet, I dry it off with a towel and shave. It feels so much cleaner that way
Do what works for you. I don’t like oil based creams.
$3 for a 10 pack of Bic Deuce razors
(Same as the twin select just has a blue handle) I an easily at least get 2 great shaves and one okay one out of them. So that’s about 30 shaves for 10 cents each! :) Go with a can of Barbasol and you’ve got yourself a decent budget system.
Truth
I've just used my guilette sensor 3 smooth disposal razor and I was extremely disappointed with it even tho it done the job it didn't feel as smooth as the bic flex 3 I felt a different immediately and I can honestly say the bic flex 3 was the best disposable razor I've ever used I'll be going back to them instead 👍

BIC has come a long way, but Gillette is still the King with their premium line of products.

The reason for more blades is a better and more efficient shave compared to less blades; notice multiple blades give closer shaves with less passes vs the single or double edge razor? But that’s what makes the single and double edge fun isn’t it?

Is it just me? It look like its still hair on your face with the Bic especially. Now I know why shaving makes my skin look bad. I always use to use those damn Bics. I think Bics is good for private areas but not face. Especially the fact my hair is dark and coarse, the shaving makes it coarser. Im going to start using Dollar Shave Lovers

My brother says any disposable razor 🪒 causes irritation on his skin as I am. Anyway, he like cartridge razor from Gillette fusion proshield power as I give him a try last year.
Yes - many cartridge razors do cause irritation. Tell him to try Gillette’s SKINGUARD, which is designed to prevent irritation and ingrown hairs
@@averageguytested I will tell him, when he’s out of the proshield refills. Anyway, I still use the Barbasol ultra 6 plus cartridge razor 🪒 4 years ago and they last longer than multi blade Gillette fusion proshield power.

I totally agree with you that Sensor was peak cartridge razor. It drives me nuts because I find myself using the disposable ones because they just work so good for me but I hate the environmental impact. You cant get the handles anymore and the cartridges are near 40 dollars up here in Canada. I wish they would bring it back I’d use it for the rest of my life.
Try Gillette’s SKINGUARD- it only has two blades and is pretty smooth 👋🏽

I wouldn’t recommend shaving after only two days. Allow you beard to grow some is very healthy for your skin

hot water opens the pours and makes for a deeper shave. Rinse the blade in trickling hot water from the tap, not a pool of water in the sink full of who knows what.

Gillette Senor2 PLUS.
Gillette foam is the opposite of BUDGET. A stick of cheap ARKO soap is less than half the price per unit, and lasts more than ten times longer. For BUDGET try out a STICK SOAP! Gillette gels and foams are the biggest cash cow...

I went our a few months ago and got a Philips one blade because you said it was so good . It is in a way . But as you said it will not give your a fine shave . It leaves me with a one day growth. It is good for triming . So thank you . I like your videos .

Gillette is the innovators of shaving. Bic is a rip off and will try to compete (I repeat try). Bic does better pens than anything else. Anyhow, I would like to see theMediaMart do a shave with a retro shaver of any sort (Gillette Atra, Schick safety razor) to see the pros and cons.
