- Hey Loves, So.... I bought this smart hoop because I was fed up of the lack of space for my big hoop and thought I'd try it out for seven days and see how it went. I'm super impressed with it and want to do a before and after too. So I will use it until the end of August and show you my Journey! Next time I will add before and After Photos too!

I,m 65 I,v had my hoop a few weeks. Am waiting for a hip replacement so alot of excersise that I used to do are painful for me at the moment. But the hoop is great for me it's fun to use and doesn't hurt my hip

my hula is quite loud....is yours that loud too?
Oh yes, very loud. You get used to it but you got to listen to your TV show or music a little louder haha x

Hiya, I lost a bit but it was only a month. I guess the longer you do it and paired with a healthy eating plan, I think you could loose a whole lot more. Just a bit of perseverance x ❤️
