I am a pharmacist.
My w.machine has drainage problems, and drain pump stucked by rust/waste particles.
I have test it by test mode, identifying problems and clean the pump.
The machine is fully ok now.

Thanks for this demo my machine stopped working after a power cut while mid cycle and would not turn on to any new program after. After running through the test program as you demonstrated it worked perfect again.

Hi, congratulations for your videos, very clear. I have a question for you, I have a Samsung washing machine with DC error. There is 220 volts on the door lock connector, I replaced it but it still shows the same DC error. I noticed that the 220 volt is present on the connector only when empty, i.e. without the door lock connected, if I connect the door lock the 220 volt is no longer there. What do you suggest me? I'm thinking of replacing the board, but it costs a lot and I would like to limit the risk of making a mistake.

Great informative video. I have error code UC, it’s intermittent and seems to appear half way through any cycle. I haven’t been able to pin point at what point the error code appear. Any idea?
Thanks for the informative video. I have samsung Ecobubble digital inverter ww10n645rbw. The machine is not heating up. I have checked the element and thermostat with a electrical tester and they are ok. My pcb was replaced some years ago and I swapped the current one with the original one (which was ok at time), still no heat. I have run the diagnostic test (from the delayed start proceedure) but I am not whether I hear the element coming on during the wash cycle test. The simple diagnostic test shows no error. I am at a loss. Any thoughts? Do you stock the pcb's if it that? Many thanks

Thank you for your explicit vids. They are for engineers? Please do you know if better instructions are available for the WF90F5E5U4X regarding the explicit operation /programming of the fabric softener? My wife has had a problem with the centre compartment (softener) always taking the fluid in prematurely. It may well be programming not set ever since 2016 since we bought the machine. Samsung say the program has been off at manufacture but she says not.
I rang Samsung and the Tech said he would look at the manual! There must be more comprehensive literature because I see many others are not fully conversant with the softener application. There seems to be many unanswered questions about what seems to be a well engineered machine that lacks in data available to the users.
Boilers have more comprehensive instructions for the users. This maybe because a boiler can blow you up but a washing machine no.

Many thanks - mine does not go to tSt when I get to the part Rotate the program Left - instead it goes through the numbers and then goes to: 4C-OE, 80_ _80, 254, then finally UC and sticks there. It’s the older non inverter model.
Any ideas ? In general I have the Random Pause problem when running programs and have an occasional 3E code, but am changing brushes in the next few days.
This is good but i have a Series 5+ ecobubble machine with the long display fascia window and i have searched ages on youtube how to perform test mode on that and no-one has done one , the 2 buttons to test dont work on my series 5+ WW90T534W washing machine so do you know the sequence for these type of Samsung washing machines or have doe a video? For Australian machines it's pretty similar, only you hold buttons 2&3 when powering up

We have a Samsung eco bubble with 5E.
After 50 mins on quick wash the display reads 5E so we power down and power on the machine turn it to rinse and spin it runs to the end no water in the bottom of the machine so I cleaned the filter out removed the pump all looks good but you can’t rotate the motor no more than one revolution either way not sure if that’s right re assembly tested again same thing after 50 mins 5E also learned the waste on the sink trap.
Any ideas.

Without having the washing machine in front of me, it is very hard for me to actually say with honesty, what the problem is, as I do not want you to go buying a new circuit board and finding that is not the fault

Hello, please advise. I have a washing machine eco bubble 7kg / wf70f5e5u4w. The washing machine began to jam, as if it did not have the strength to turn the drum. It is interesting that it could only be washed on 3 programs - hand wash, wool and spin. All three work without a prewash and it worked for a few days. Now the whole program, this short one, and the spin cycle are no longer running. I observed the washing machine and I really think that the motor runs quietly, the water fills in, the pump drains ... the fault is really mysterious. After loading the smart apps - it says ˇThe motor rotor was diagnosed as locked" So there is a question? is the problem the motor or the motherboard? Thank you very much for your opinion :-)
our eco bubble drum seems to oscillate side to side when rotating, it moves 1/2 cm from left to right is this normal?

hi LC or LC1, are we needed to drain pump issues? I have done lots of videos on drainage problems on washing machines. It will depend on what model you have as there are different variations in motor. If you have a motor with carbon brushes, I would inspect them or if you have a motor that does not have carbon brushes then normally this will be a problem with the circuit board. Nice vedio. my ecobubble stop in the middle of the cycle without appearing any error?
My research on the internet leads me to think I have a common problem with my Samsung Bubblewash WF1104XAC XSA 03 front loader washing machine. When it reaches the spin cycle the drum spins very slow one way then stops and spins very slow the other way like a normal redistribution cycle, then once it reaches 9 minutes left it stays on 9 mins for ages. If you come back in 20 mins it will still say 9 minutes and the drum still is spinning very slow. Its like its still washing not spinning. No fault errors come up and eventually the timer starts counting down again, but still does not do a high speed spin. I did you a spin test using your video thanks and it reached 1320rpm.
I've checked the drainage pump and filter of course and all seems good there. Plenty of water getting pumped out. I was wondering if there's a two stage door lock on my model that I've heard can prevent high speed spin if it's malfunctioning. That would be strange though since there's no error.

What a great video! Thank you very much! Running the tests I discovered my EcoBubble is not turning clockwise, and that's probably why it's stopping mid-cycle. Now what to do with this information? :)
It also ends the test with an 3E message (call customer service) but no message appears in normal mode.

Hi turning my Samsung machine on immediately the error code comes up so it will not let me put it in diagnostic mode what do I do we've put in two temperature thermostats already the error code is TE
Recalibrate after the repair and give it a try. The error memory may have to be cleared to recognize the new sensor
Good evening, I have a Samsung WF80F5E0W4W washing machine, sometimes it stops, the display stays on but the remaining minutes of the wash do not go down, generally it stops at 50...53 minutes remaining and it doesn't unlock unless I turn it off and restart it, sometimes it gives me 3E error. I checked the motor brushes and they are good... they will be about 2.5cm long. Do you think it could be a problem with the card?

Hi...Im struggling with this machine..I am doing test mode, the steps for water, heater, drain pumps work fine...However when trying the drum trial, the drum will not move..All transit bolts are out..I can move drum very freely/easily by hand...I have also tried the calibration, when calibrating clb comes up, then the 3 lines swirling for approx 30
secs then CLB shows up again...The drum will not move...Please bare in mind this is a brand new washer...Any ideas how to get drum move?? I can not do any wash cycle at all, as drum will not rotate..Hopefully you might have an idea how i can reprogramme or fix the issue...Thanks so much..Merry Christmas to you!

My Samsung WM EcoBubble WF70** have error code 3E. I did a latest test (4) from TEST procedure, where motor spins on both directions. Motor start to spin on first direction just fine, but then when it needs to switch direction of spin - it's stops with 3E code. What could be the problem - Motor or Electronic? I mean - what to look as most possible issue? As motor spins normally in one direction and pass all 3 tests, before test number 4. Thanks!

Hello. I have a samsung ww90k6410qx eccoblue washing machine (with dash). when doing the test it is NOT possible to enter. I want to check the bucket/drum temperature because it "disarms" my clothes creating a lot of lint, wearing out the clothes and leaving kilos of lint in the dryer. Thank you.
Hi Paul, my Samsung EcoBubble 7.5kg WD75J5410AW does not go into test mode but only shows the symbol -: when test mode is activated following your video procedure. Would you know the reason for this? Thanks!

It's happening the same with my Samsung Ecobubble WW70J5355MW. I follow the instructions and it only shows the symbol -:
The -: symbol is a code you read with the smart phone app called "Samsung Smart Washer" and point your phone camera at the washing machine LED screen to decode the issue.
Did you find how to get to test mode for this model?
During doing the test mode I got problem of 3E, I cleaned the filter as well. What shall I do?

Note: to enter test on non ECOBubble machines, press and hold middle two buttons (Rinse & Spin) then press Power on button
I have a Samsung WF45H6300AW/A2 washer. It is having spin issues. I took the back cover off and the rotor is cracked at the hub and has play back and forth. I tightened the 19mm retaining nut and still has play. Am I correct in thinking that is my problem and I need a new rotor?

Hello my washer pauses mid cicle without spinning and then pauses itself. Also is not able to do a spin cycle unless is at 400 rpm. If i go into diagnosis mode i get this "-:". Do you have any thoughts?

It like the drum stays still for a while them it starts the cycle. But somtimes during the cycle it will freeze again for 10-20mims then start back up
I have checked for blockages using your videos for for guidance nothing there.
Is it a bolt motor?check for brushes
Hi. what if the machine won't go on diagnostics and calibration mode? After pressing the buttons sequences, it initiates but stops after just 2-3 seconds. The drum also won't spin anymore on cycle I select. Pls. Help.
