Didn't expect this video to come handy with the same model having the red light of death as i call it (stuck in red light even after charging it when trying to turn it on) Followed the instructions to open it and found a slightly misaligned wire, fixed it and it finally worked.
Thank you for the video. And your time. Going to try this tmro in the morning, mine are a year old and almost never used but the left side just stopped working, I never have to extend them as they fit me without needing to can't understand how they just stopped working on one side. Crappy.
This video really helped me, mine didn't turn on so I wanted to check the inside and I didn't know there were screws inside that plastic cover, so thanks. It seems the issue is a burnt switch, and I don't think I'll find another one so I think I'll just buy new headphones 😅
Anyone who is having issues, wiggle your aux cord and see if that temporarily fixes it. If so, one of the solder points is bad but its an easy fix: Open up the headphones as shown in the video (There are 3 glued down clips on the inside of the textured ring that can be carefully lifted to access the 4 Philips head screws.) and remove the ribbon cable carefully to make soldering easier. Ready your soldering iron and carefully press down a very very small amount of solder and reattach the ribbon cable to test. If that works, just reassemble and you're good to go!

The wires in there are so friggen short! What’s a frugal way to gain more wires

I got everything off except the earbud part. Do you have any suggestions for how to separate it? Thanks!

thanks for feedback, I always recomend buy the same headphones, if they like, because then you have old pair for parts.
My e55bt is not discoverable , means it is not showing on any device even after factory reset ? What to do?

@@sukshammahajan1958 then buy new and leave these for donor parts for future problems.
my speaker is scratching.
can i use other speakers? Do you know the diameter, ohms etc
if you want change speaker driver, then they both have to be changed, to avoid imbalances
do you know if it has to be the original ones or if you can use other ones

@@TechscrewDIY Do you have a solution for the battery problem other than getting a new one
@@ndifor_kenny if you don't want to change the battery, the only solution is to attach and glue a small power bank to the headphones
I have problem in right side
The sound on the left side is coming more whereas on right side the sound is coming low
What can i do 😞
I have the exact same problem
Please reply
Idk if you still have the same problem but you can use software to make it louder on one side than the other to fix the imbalance
I have one but case broken need a case
only 3d printer or find the donor headphones.
India it'd difficult to find donor no ebay 🙂
