In this video we are explaining in step-by-step instructions how to replace the battery on the JBL headphones LIVE400bt. The process is explained for beginners, who do not have the professional equipment to do this. The wires of the new battery should be soldered, but unfortunately not everyone has the soldering iron or the skills to do this. Instead, we can twist the wires together and fixate them with hot glue or super glue instead.
We were not able to locate a replacement battery of the exact same capacity (700mAh), instead we suggest a replacement battery of a slightly smaller size (610mAh) instead.

hey, thanks a lot for the video. Mine one has stopped working after the last time I had it charged. No LED is glowing, no response. Is there any way I can troubleshoot and repair it at home? Thanks in advance.

From what I experienced so far, a defective battery is most often the issue.
In case it looks bloated, or it shows no voltage using a voltmeter, its is the culprit.
It only requires a small screwdriver for the repair and it usually cheaper than getting new headphones.
