I literally spent my entire day searching for reasons why my JBL headset only works while on charge - your video led me to discover the connecter was loose, clipped it back in and it's working again! Thanks man, appreciate it..
I had the same problem and it got fixed the same way i can't believe myself💀
Had these for about more than 4 years now. After 1 year, the battery wasn't working anymore, and i always thought they were dead. After watching this video, i found out they weren't dead all the time. The battery wasn't just really connected the same way as on your one 😂😂
this video is a genuine lifesaver. my tune760nc would refuse to charge and turn on for a while and all i did was disconnect and reconnect the battery and they are now working perfectly fine.
I also have the tune 760nc despite charging them the battery percentage won't go up,Do you think this will help?
@@UtkarshSingh-np6zo it’s worth checking at the very least. either the battery is completely dead or the connector is loose.
@@Spoonable Thanks mate👍
Thank you so much !!! I was so worried they were broken. I tried resetting , all the button tricks. Turned out the connector piece had come out. Plugged it back in and they work perfectly now❤
Seems like a very common problem. I had the same problem.
Thank you so much for this tutorial! My JBL Tune700 wasn't charging anymore and after unplugging the battery connector and replugging it, it's charing again!!
thank you very much for showing this vid, my headset randomly didnt start up again. After some research i found out that batteries somtimes dont last that long so after watching this vid i opened my headset up and turned out that the cable just wasnt connected properly! Thank you again
remember when changing batteries for wireless headphones was easy, effortless, and intended by design? i really miss those days. 😞
I totally agree with you however it's not that hard to change this one, actually!
I dropped my headphones and couldn't get them to turn on. Didnt know you needed to pry of the back as well
Thank you so much
Thank you so much!! JBL support told me that a battery replacement is not possible. Thank to this video i could unplug the battery and reset my headphones. Now working all fine!
Thank you so much for this video 🙏🏼.
My JBL 760NC stopped charging after a couple of years of use and the support said it is not repairable.
I used this video as guide and checked the battery, cleaned up the connectors and (magic) the headphones started to charge, even without replacing the battery.
Also your tip helped to open from the top, and I have minimal damage to the headphones.
Thanks man, with Your instructions I was able to open that cover with almost no visible damage. I used bigger knife and plastic pry tool.
thank you so much for this video!!!!!! i had dropped my headphones a few times and they kept turning off right after turning them on. i opened them up and the connector cable wasnt plugged in all the way. i put it back in and they work perfectly now!
thanks for the tip, i opened it right and discovered that somehow my battery was disconnected , pluged it baack and it's all good, no need to by new one
Saved my headphones 🫡 thank you man
You sir, are a genius! I'm about to perform a check on my headset because it's not charging properly (the red light is always on and never turns off)
More one pair that worked again! Many thanks!!!
Thank you so much. My cabel was half plugged in and this was the problem.
Thanks you so much, in my 760 ANC version it is all same, just plugging off and on the 3 cables worked for me. My problem was not turning on when i press the power button, also when i put it on charge, it was charging for only 4-5 sec
Hello, thank you for this video. The glue holding the earpad cover (on the inside circumference of the pad) has weakened on my 750BTNC headphones and they are becoming unglued, I would like to reglue them in place if the shop does not honor my warranty. At 0:50 you show how to remove the pad, could you also show how to disassemble it so that I am able to safely glue the leather cover back onto the foam?
Edit - just found your other videos regarding these headphones, I'll see if they have the information I'm looking for.
Hi thank you very much for this video! I finally managed to bring my jbl750bt back to life. tipp from me: the accu GSP683331 750mAh (cellonic) also fits perfectly

Thanks for the video! I dropped mine and apparantly the connector got loose so it wouldn't charge
I have 700 BT Tune , it seems like yours , if i buy battery for 750 BTNC , will it work witn my 700 BT Tune
thank you so much
Do you know where I can buy a replacement battery?
so my jbl tune 750 wont charge and when they did never seemed to last long. i tried all the stuff jbl suggested on their site. i opened up my headphones and got to the battery. it wasnt stuck down and nothing seemed to be wrong so i removed battery checked all coonections and it all looks fine. The only thing i could see all the wires/connections to the board look a little brown? and the white wire seems to be slightly damaged but unsure if its just visual not sure if the connection is actually damaged. any help please only had for two months and girlfriend threw away box :(
Hi, did you check the voltage of the battery?
I'm having a hard time finding these batteries sold with the plugs on them
Plss i need help i cant find the batterz with the plug
Hey guy thanks
Hey, mine shows 30% no matter for how long I charge it. The red LED automatically goes off after a while. What can be done for this issue?
It sounds like the battery is bad. Are your headphones still under warranty?
@@MegaSafetyFirst yes, it's under warranty.
I’d contact JBL support. You should get a replacement
@@MegaSafetyFirst thank you. I'll do that
Yeah same for me
I m from india ..plz tell me how to get this battery
thnK U!
THANK UOU
Can I follow the same steps to change battery of JBL Tune 760nc?
Yes, the process is the same.
lights are not coming back on please help
So can you just take out the battery and charge just the battery?
Unfortunately not. Headphones in general hahave special batteries built in.
my headphones wont charge
the red light comes on and after around 5 seconds it turns off
That behavior is usually caused by a defensive/bloated battery.
@@MegaSafetyFirst I looked up the number on the battery and they’re like $30 aud
@@MegaSafetyFirst i unplugged the battery and left it for 10 minutes
then plugged it back in
now they work just fine
very strange
Mine doesn’t light up at all
I had the exact same behavior happening, opened it up and the battery was unplugged. Working again, like a charm!
My headphones doesn't want to charge, what do you think it is?
Had the same problem, opened it up, was unplugged. Suggest you and everyone does the same!
link of the new battery please??

Hi,I also have JBL 750 Tune BTNC but the problem is that when I am charging the charge is going only till 50 percent and not going above that??So pls tell me what to do??
same to me
Mine is stuck at 30
@@amsonmathew5 any solution to the problem?
@@cristianpushi1102 hey, Since mine was under warranty I got it replaced. Works fine now.
@@amsonmathew5 That's good. The problem with the blinking red light is caused by the cable. I used the tester and not found continuity between the cables. I used some old headphones and removed the cable. Now when changing the cable the headphones work normally. I think they always tend to break in the earpiece and headband area.
These ones keep Dickinson and shutting off
My 750btnc is turning on and off by itself.
My also, please help
Same mine....I have unpluged/pluged back battery connector for few times...now it's ok...obviously they have factory problems with this connector....
Than you so much!!!!!!!!!!!! God bless you 😇🙏
You sir, are a genius! I'm about to perform a check on my headset because it's not charging properly (the red light is always on and never turns off)
