Facts lmao I used to do a 50.1 400 but a few years later and the last month or so I’ve been running and my legs are just always heavy and I tried my 400 and got 56 approximately. I’m 15 lbs lighter too 😂 think I need to hit legs again

Idk if you still need advice but you just gotta drink alot of water fr before any type of running. Also, don't drink those sports drinks like gatorade. They will make you cramp like hell you can have one after your workout for the electrolytes

It depends on ur time and your age really. On average, you should do 4-8 breaths. Hope that helped

If I’m not in school, what can I do to get into track again? I am self trained in sprinting & did sprints in high school, but never pursued it in college. Right now the only thing on my possibility list is the Olympics in 5 years or longer.
