    Anyone watchin this in HS . Enjoy these times man ! Once u grqduate its easy af to get outta shape. I used to run a 11.1 notin crazy but tht was my senior year in 2014. Im tryna get back into track shape but i csnt even do a mile witout being winded smh 😭

      Facts lmao I used to do a 50.1 400 but a few years later and the last month or so I’ve been running and my legs are just always heavy and I tried my 400 and got 56 approximately. I’m 15 lbs lighter too 😂 think I need to hit legs again

    One week without training took my 2km time from 7:30 to 8:12. Im being hinest with you guys thats my real time, i know its pretty bad but ill get there.

      @@montreize144prod4 Had so many injuries. The worst was tearing both my Achilles at different times. My best is 7 mins 15 seconds .

      Idk if you still need advice but you just gotta drink alot of water fr before any type of running. Also, don't drink those sports drinks like gatorade. They will make you cramp like hell you can have one after your workout for the electrolytes

      It depends on ur time and your age really. On average, you should do 4-8 breaths. Hope that helped

    If I’m not in school, what can I do to get into track again? I am self trained in sprinting & did sprints in high school, but never pursued it in college. Right now the only thing on my possibility list is the Olympics in 5 years or longer.
