Your commentary is spot on. I grew up in abuse with a mom who died when I was young and a dad who was a heroin dealer who was an abuser, I was on my own at 17 and dad was in prison. You make a choice. I get it it's hard. However I raised two of the best sons who I adore and ate the best humans. Nobody has to be fall into their circumstances you just have to have your own belief that you can do better. It's a great story and Ren is a great story teller for sure. Keep going it just gets better

Also, Ren is a very good beatboxer. At the end of his song "The Hunger," it is all beatboxing. So cool!
Also "Loco" - all the "instruments" are Ren's vocals.
Also he produced an instrumental version of Loco which I regularly play in my car - I love hearing just his voice making all the instruments sounds 😊

Love you guys.❤ Great reaction.🔥You get the point of this story, the cycle of abuse. Ive seen hundreds of these and only a couple realized that it was 2005. Not that its very important, but Ren was never in a mental facility.
Ren writes the characters in his stories as multi dimensional. He wants the audience in some respect to empathize with Screech as a panicked 14 yr old boy as well as with Richard the cop who had a boy running at him with a knife. This story is from Ren's imagination but it's true to everyday life.
I know I’ve said something like this on another video of yours, but it’s worth saying again. Now, I have great relationship. I’ve been with the same woman for 14 yrs. Even in our worst arguments, we are careful with our words. We have never called each other names or have said something so hurtful because you can’t take things back. I see the two of you and it warms my heart, the way you interact with each other is a wonderful thing to see. You treat each other with such respect and love. It’s so obvious to me. The way you really look at each other and listen to each other when one of you speak, it’s refreshing to see. I know, I’ve only seen a couple of your videos, but it’s consistent enough that I get the feeling that it’s not how you treat each other because you’re on camera for everyone to see. It’s seems so authentic to me that I feel this is the way you interact with each other when no one is around. It’s honestly beautiful. You both seem very lucky or blessed to have each other. I also really like your insight on the videos you watch. I’ll definitely keep watching your channel. ❤ much love to you both!

I believe Ren has said the idea of the story came from a news article. The third story was written much later. I believe the inference about Jenny having walked the streets 1000 times was that she was a street walker. The fact she was wearing high heel shoes as a 14-year-old supports this I think.
Absolutely correct! The "rosies on her cheecks" and walking a 1000 times the streets in an area where "sirenes echos the crime on London's streets" underline your conclusion 👍

This is my first time to your channel and I loved your reaction and commentary. I’ve seen reactions to this many, many times and yours was impressive, very thoughtful and insightful. You had some insights into things that other reactors maybe didn’t see the say way, or maybe just didn’t mention. For example when you talked about Violet’s death being a tragedy and a miracle, a tragedy that she died but a miracle that she escaped a life of abuse-I interpreted it the same way the first time I saw this. I want to mention about whether the cop was right in shooting Screech. Screech was wielding a knife that could cut through steel. Do you think it would cut through any protective gear the officer was wearing? Would you try to tackle someone running at you with knife and risk being another statistic? It is a hard decision. In England at the time, knife killing was high, might still be.
Violence changes people's perspective on life. All Violet know was how it was with her mother and father and what she considered a show of love, especially when that is what she is told is the reason for what the father does. When that is your definition of love or all that you know, how do you reach out when you are 16 or 17. This is why domestic violence continues and will continue until society itself changes. "it's such a shame" said by society are worthless words unless they manifest into action to make the change.
Violet's Tale was a complete story. All we know of Jenny is that she is 14, walks the particular street alone at night a lot, wears makeup (rosy cheeks), screech doesn't recognize that Jenny is a girl and not a lady and Jenny wears high-heel shoes. Screech does have backstory that was in Instagram and a has been brought to RUclips. The title of the video is Screech's Tale Instagram Stories. This was something to promote the Tales and Ren does talk about the repercussions of it. People thought Ren's phone had been stolen due to the beginning of the video.

Especially when you’re going through mania, you’re not thinking about really anything. I know this because I’m bipolar so I do have manic episodes. It’s a scary thing, especially if you’re out in public and you have a manic episode, that can be the deadliest thing for a person to be honest with you. I can look at another manic person and I can understand that they’re highly symptomatic right now, but I don’t know that someone who doesn’t know about mania would understand that. Police should go through training about this stuff. They should go through mental health training to understand and spot things like manic episodes. Unfortunately, I don’t even think it would matter… at least not here in America. I don’t think it would matter. What’s a sad and messed up thing to know.
