    Definitely clean and listen to podcasts! House is so much cleaner, brain is more nourished 😁
    Also, Friday is bake a cake and have a drink while doing it day 🍻

    Hiking, especially in the summer to avoid the crowds at the beaches and to exhaust oneself to really deserve that day's lunch 🤭

    I cycle in the countryside for a better mental health. Also, every week I try to declutter i.e. get rid of one of my posessions. On the weekdays I think of which posession I should get rid of next, them I enlist it for sale or I donate it at the weekend. This habit makes my workweek pass faster

    I agree with all of this except when you said that after working out you crave healthy food... After working out, all I can think about is getting a massive burger or having fried chicken 😂
