Spicy Potato Wedges Fried And Baked | Spicy Potato Wedges 2 Ways| Chilli Garlic Potatoes

In this video I show you how to make crispy spicy potato wedges 2 different ways. You can easily make these wedges fried or baked in the oven and still have that amazing chilli garlic taste.
Ingredients:
1.6kg Red Potatoes
1/3 Cup Olive Oil
Spice mix: Every 800g potatoes
1 Tsp Salt - Adjust to taste
½ Tsp Onion Powder
¾ Garlic Granules
1 Tsp Paprika
¾ Tsp Tandoori Masala
1 Tsp Chilli Flakes
¼ Tsp Oregano
½ Tsp Cumin Powder
2 Tsp Dry Parsley
2 Tsp Cornflour - for fried wedges only
